rafas team is real young but talented, he's got some good players but the overall quality isn't there...and tachianardi is out of position...james put it best

Rafa, you've chosen a hard team to debut against, HP has one of the top squads in the FL, and I think he'd win this as his team looks too strong.

Victor:

You should put Robinho and Jesus Navas further forward to support Kuijt, it looks like a 4-1-4-1 formation, but I think 4-1-2-3 would work better with the players you've got there. Good team selection, Kuijt would do well as a targetman and everything else looks very good.

Rafa:

I think you should use a 442. Tacchinardi should be more central, partnering Diop. Zairi on the wing where he can do damage.

I see where you are coming from, I may try that next game or during the season.

-Rafa, I think you should do a 4-4-2 with Tacchinardi and Diop in the middle or Sergio. Maybe Diana/Zairi on the right and then Mintal on the left. You've got a lot of forwards, so your combinations there are pretty vast.
