Figo - Your flat back 4 is decent, also is that Glen Johnson ? If so get rid of him, get someone who has reguler games for their club. I like your midfield, Cahill and Tiago in central midfield would be a good partnership, then with Rosicky and Govou out wide, they could be dangerous. I like your second string strikers, mainly because Prso's their. I don't rate Baros highly though. Prso could get on the end of crosses from your wingers and is a commited player.

Mat - You would win here as i think you have the strongest B team. I'd say your back 4 is slightly better than Figo's, your full back's have more potential than his. I like your idea of going 3 in midfield then 2 side strikers supporting Recoba, good choice imo. Your new signing Tacchinardi fits in well there, so i wouldn't really change much. I like Rothen and Fiore supporting Recoba, although does Recoba not prefer to play as a wing forward or something ? I don't recall seeing much of him playing through the middle, maybe if he were to play there he would need a partner ? I don't know but i like what you have here, so Maty boy get's my vote.:cool:

I don't think you should use Recoba on his own there, he's better as a second striker, partnering Makaay or Gilardino, or even something like this...

The central midfielders would outnumber and get the better of Cahill and Tiago, but I feel it lacks some creativity, I think they're all better defensively than offensively. Stephan Appiah is better than all of them imo, so maybe put him in instead of Costinha. Very strong reserve defence, so I don't think they'd concede here, but I can't see you scoring many, as you're without a true goalscorer. I think you'd sneak it 1-0 with Fiore popping up with a goal.

Figo:

Rosicky's talent isn't being fully utilised there, play him more centrally, in this particular formation, just ahead of the 2 centre midfielders. I'm not a fan of Milan Baros, I think he'd be kept quiet by Ayala. Prso can cause a threat with his ability in the air, but that's the only real threat I see, and I think the opposition could pick up on that, and Juanito, Zebina and Ayala are all capable aerially so Prso would have his work cut out. I agree with John, get rid of Glen Johnson.

Yeah, probably will put Appiah in my strongest team, maybe.

I go to Figo, because have a better formation...for example, I dont think that Recoba play like CF, I think that he probably can play on Rothen´position....and Figo has a better attack in my opinion...

I meant this formation as a 4-2-2-2, the kind which the attacking players run all over the place, but it'll have been weird to just have a left-winger and not a right :laugh: Sort of like Zidane and Pires do for France at Euro '04 in front of Vieira and Makelele.

How do you all think Felipe and Agger will fair?
