Preki:

I'd drop Keane and put Zokora in there. Keane really doesn't do it for me anymore. He's still a good driving force but not the work horse that he once was. With Kewell's return to form recently i think you're justified in dropping your boy Beasley.

I think your full backs are going to give you great support along the flanks, but the gaps they leave going forward could cause a problem for oldies like Keane and Mijhalovic who aren't the quickest in the world.

I think that you shouldn't be affraid of playing Schwarzer, Finnan and Malbranque - they're all quality players who don't always get the recognition they deserve. I think your forward line is good as it is, so no problems there.

Muad:

I think your centre backs are better than Preki's. Hyypia's experience should easily be enough to steady Kompany, and of course we don't need to go into Kompany's talent. You may be a little out classed in terms of full backs, but yours should be able to cope fine.

I think your central midfield will dominate the game with relative ease, especially with Keane starting the match. van Bommel is a fantastic player, and Deco is easily one of the most creative players around. Luque's form has not been great of late, but i know what he's capable of so i think he can do well for you.

As far as i'm aware Marquez can move in to defensive midfield right? So maybe a trio like this would work nicely in games where you face a really tough midfield battle:

Your forward line is very, very good. Don't be scared of using Babel though, as he has great potential and is already lethal at such a young age. I'd definately put Gallas in your defence though, either at left or right back. Probably left.

I think you should play with the trio Barca does sometimes.

It's proven and really strong. Luis Garcia and Luque on the wings with Adriano in the middle. You could also use Gallas somewhere along the back line, but I'm not sure where. Probably were Valente is, but it's a good line up. Very strong.

Muad I like your formation, but I prefer Gallas instanted of Reveillere...but the team looks good.....

Thanks for the comments, gents. I did not use my strongest eleven, obviously, but i wanted to see how solid my backline and central midfield would look with such a line-up and formation. I would rather use Gallas as a CB because thats his prefered position, but he has been hailed by Mourinho and the french national squad coach as one of the best full backs out there. So i may actually end up using him in that position to take care of skilled wingers.
