Is it possible to register create players in club (for example I create M'bami but I can't register him at Paris)

no i dont think so, u just have to edit a player already at the team...

YOU CAN'T PUT CREATED PLAYERS IN CLUB TEAMS!!!

well u shud be able to, crap idea not putting it in, wots the point in being able to create a player and not being able to register him for a club when you can unlock club transfers
