in pro evo 5 they don't have all the styles of shirts for the premiership, i'll suggest getting x-port file where they have nike, adidas and so on.and all the teams shirts in the premiership are already done for you.

1) Learn to type.
2) Find a picture of the kit of the team you want to edit.
3) Boot up PES and go to 'Editor'
4) Alter the ingame kit until it resembles the picture.
