Haha, well Dundons did most of the work ;)

This is a close game, I think ROP have more talent in their first XI, but Diop and Carrick could get the better of Gilberto and Pienaar, so this might require more thought, i'll go into more detail and vote later.

I'll have to think about this one.

All I can say now is that I feel sorry for Giuly and Lehmann :D

Rafa gets it b/c the other teams coaches are too busy with their own teams

I think Rafa can take this. Having Diop is a big asset. Vieri and Baptista have been poor on form, and may not score. Rafa also has Shovkovsy who can keep those strikers out. Rafa team is also based on young, great talents. Reyes of Penguin's players are mostly 30 plus and I don't think they can take on Rafa's team. I vote for Rafa.

i think reyesofpenguin takes this because of he's attacking stars he has got although he may have to shape up his defence a little

This a tough call, I like Giuly and Karimi on the wings, they'd cause Rafinha and Clichy many problems, and Baptista and Vieri would be a real handful in attack. Where I see this game possibly won is in central midfield, Carrick and Diop would outplay Gilberto and Pienaar here I think, and Vagner Love and Fabiano are possibly even more dangerous than Baptista and Vieri. However, I think ROP have a much stronger defence, with great experience, therefore, i'm gonna sit on the fence and predict a draw (i'll use my vote if either side is losing late on).

Preki, the team is being looked after well, don't worry about that ;) Arsene Wenger has been called upon to look after things.

so your gonna sell off all the good vets and buy young talent that might not surface ;)

p.s. you must be sooo busy james if this is the only time you can get on, im sorry that your real world job is getting to you, hang in there

Haha, probably  Off Baptista goes to be replaced by Xhing Xan Zi, a 16 year old Chinese striker.

Nah, i've been free all of today, just decided to stay up all night (5.45 in the morning here) Weekends I have all the time in the world, just weekdays i'm usually busy.

Haha James you still up. Bet you can't match my record of staying up 2 days straight. Haha i had a little comp with Mat but he turned in, he was the weak link.

Anyways i think ReyesofPenguin would take this just. They have the better and more experienced defence, it could well keep out the attacking duo of Vagner Love and Fabiano. Midfield i'd say Rafa has the edge in the middle but out wide RoP would dominate. The deciding factor here for me is the defences really.

Rafa for me.

His midfield gets this for him, Diop and Carrick could form a great partnership. From what I've seen of Rafinha, hes a very promising fullback, who is probably capable of keeping Karimi at bay, although Giuly would absolutely roast Glichy, probably. I think Dhorasso plays best on the right, as I've never seen him on the left. Zairi is a good player, nothing too special, Robby Carlos would have him in his pocket though. Gilberto is on very bad form for Arsenal and isn't too great, Pienaar is a good player but Diop and Carrick would outclass the pair without too much trouble, in the most important area of the pitch. Vieri and Baptista could cause Rafa's team problems, but I can't see them getting on the ball too much with Diop breathing down they're necks. Wagner Love and Fabiano are good strikers and could finish off the chances created through the middle from Carricks passing and both could easily outpace ReyesofPenguin's slow centre backs. The main battle is in the middle of the park and with Rafa winning that, I don't think ReyesofPenguin's defence is good enough to make up for that. Very close game though, could go either way as Baptista and Vieri don't need too many chances to finish off a game.

ReyesOfPenguin would edge it. The teams are roughly equal, but I feel that ROP's wingers and attackers would see him through.
