i was getting tired of waiting for a new quality OptionFile to come up.
so i decided to edit the one i think best my self.
here's a link to the PESFAN OPTIONFILE V2 with all the major transfer up to 31th january. it does not includes any new created players however (as i dont have the time nor the necessary skills to do this). i just used the ingame editor to do the transfers. like cassano madrid, evra, vidic, adebayor, vieri, amoroso, di vaio, etc. but there'S no theo walcott in this game.
i used the goal.com's tranfers database to do it. so it should be accurate enough.
