What's the best option file available for WE9 [JAP]

I have WEmerica V5 at current, with the option file v4.4...but the game freezes whenever you try and pick or edit Real Madrid.

I had a look and saw theres a slightly newer version of WEmerica, with a newer option file (v4.6) but I can't find anywhere where I can individually download the option file for it, or if it's actually the best one.

Does anyone know what's the best option file for WE9?

I had a look about the forum but I have no idea, hopefully someone who's in the know about WEmerica etc will be able to point me in the right direction.
