Preki would take this.
His strikers are shit hot at the moment and would torment RoP two center backs. Their would be a good battle between both full backs and both wingers. Kalou against Carlos - I think Kalou could get the better here, carlos is aging and yet he still has the pace but Kalou is young, got the pace and the skills. Belleti against Beasley - I reckon Belleti would win that battle.
I'd say both midfields are good, maybe RoP is slightly better. RoP strikers could cause some problems for Preki's defence, but nothing i don't think they can handle. Even if they needed help, Kobiashvili would be there to do some dirty work. The reason i'd say Preki get's this is because of his in form strikers, bound to score atleast two goals.
Preki gets this one......the couple Fred-Toni is amazing and the midfield is very balanced in all sides......

RoP, because I've heard of hardly any of Preki's players... and because RoP has some great players ;)

give me a break!
baptista in the hole? he'd be caught up field too much
karimi wouldn't stay on the left, he'd find himself right with baptista
tohmasson isn't on the same class as my srikers
kaladze isn't a great cb, and bobby carlos has lost it
i can't believe RoP is even close

Stop complaining you muppet. People have their own opinions, and just because you don't agree with them certainly doesn't mean they are wrong.
I think this would be a Draw, therefore with RoP losing I voted for the team. Preki's strikers are doing well at the moment so I feel they will get a goal however I think they will have to fight for every ball. Also I think Guily is a big threat against Preki, not such by taking on Maxwell as he is a good LB but Guily has the ability to thread balls through. With the experience of Tomasson and Vieri, they are almost certain to capitalise.
Preki 2 - 2 RoP
Similar systems, so it's mainly down to the ability of the players, and RoP's are slightly better I feel.

I'll go with Preki on this one. I'm a bit tired of writing out responses now, I may throw a few things down later. Too depressed right now. :(
@MattWhite...etc,
If you don't know his players do some research. :) It's unfair to vote that way bro. ;)
Wasnt too impressed with Fred yesterday, but Toni's a killer. Beasley is hardly playing for PSV, only comes off the bench now and then. Kalou has fantastic potential, but Carlos wouldnt go easy on him.
I cant be arsed to comment any further, because Im having some problems here.
Damn it Preki, stop complaining. We dont have a grudge against you Preki, its not as if we all think "lets let Preki lose this time".

This is tricky.
Preki's back line is good, but so is RoP's. Both midfields are competitive, but I give a slight edge to Preki in the centre, whilst outwide RoP is slightly better.
Upfront both sides look dangerous. However I think that Toni and Fred are playing well lately, and I think they'll be more effective than the old man Vieri. Having said that they will have to beat an in form Lehmann.
It's tight but I give this to Preki.
