It's ok Ross, the tutorial has been raped by so many though.
As ThE G said; the Barcelona text is a bit boring, the Ronaldinho text is good but needs blending.
Also, the cutting around the edges need big improvement, looks like a 10 second job. The duplicated ronaldinho looks cool, try sharpening it a bit.

Overall a nice effort.

Cali - If you are going to use that kind of font for 'David Trezuguet' then dont put it all in capital letters cause you cannot read it ;) Nice attempt but again its that same tutorial, its not too hard, I think you should push yourself further and try to come up with something unique. Keep it up.

You need to get some more colour into your avas PEM, and also make them 100x100, because that size is a little dodgey if you ask me and its much easier to work with the 100x100 size.

I think it's excellent, you say it's 'very simple' but I'm sure you're doing yourself a disjustice as it takes a lot of patience and skill to get work looking so polished and clean. Very professional looking and I think it makes an excellent wallpaper, with the way you've designed it you've left enough space for the icons so that no detail is cut from the wall. Your best wall to date.

Singey, the idea is very nice. But the bigger picture of Torres is too low-quality. And I think the gray thingy above and under the render should be black not grey. The text and all that is great and should stay the way they are. Good job!

The BG is good, Rossy. Though I don't really think the sig is good as a whole. Positioning, blending etc. Maybe a bigger size and a small do-over would be really good. ;)

Im not just commenting because your mad that no one else is. i really think your sig, awesome. Kaka is brilliant. I like how it looks cloudy by his arm, makes me think hes on fire, lol. the ac milan texts looks good, but i dont like the kaka on top of it, but thats just me. great sig.

I like it not sure what I think of the render you've done on kaka, I like it and i don't if you get what i mean lol. but i think the background matches kaka's emotion in the pic perfectly. I like the background text you've done on kaka suits very nicely. I don't like the main kaka text, the ones thats basically on the top. All and all its a nice sig

As for your sig, its nice and the colourful bg is good. The render is ok and seems to suit and the text is ok too. Im not a big fan of sigs like that but its very good for your standard so keep it up.

wright2uk, thats a nice sig I prefer the ava tbh but its all good work imo.

Only problem with the sig imo is the fact there is slightly too much white in it which makes it look a bit blank but the effect is nice.

Render effects are nice maybe slightly tone down the saturation though.
Effects behind the render are nice, some ones on him would be great and would set the sig off really nicely.
BG is good although maybe slightly too simple, the 'KAKA' in the background seems to be a bit to visible for me rather than having a few things infront of it, textures etc. if you get what I mean.
AC Milan text is nice, Kaka font is whored and I'm not a fan of it.
Overall for a quick sig its very nice and I think the colours of it are great.

I like that style Timfen mate. The Vidic one looks nice although the "100% Real" text is hard to read. I think the Background should maybe have a bit more too it, especially on the left hand side. Maybe lighten it up a little bit more too.

Tevez one looks nice and is my favourite out of the three mainly because it has a real nice background and nice textures to it. The render and text are placed really well too, although I think you should change the text.

The Aurelio one has a nice background to it aswell. Again, I feel it's a bit too dark. The "Fabio" text is nice but you should change the "Aurelio" text. Nice effects on the render aswell.


All in all three good signatures mate. Nice work.

Timfen, the sigs are nice, the render effects look decent and the text suit in all three however I think their placement is poor. The main thing I dont like is the bg's, they seem dull and lifeless. Other than that though good effort and keep up the good work.

pro evo 11: you need to work on your bg's and coloours more. Your sig looks a little bland with more or less the same colour running throughout, it looks ok though so far, keep it up.

Dymond: Some nice sigs there, the first one would be my favourite but I dont like the other two. The colours in all three are nice but the texts need improvement. Good work, keep it up.

Pem the messi sig i like alot and the kaka looks good to. I like the left side of the kaka sig but the right with kaka and his hands up could look a little better. maybe darker colors around kaka, like the messi one. kaka on the right looks a little stand outish.

Looks good as a thumbnail... it's a shame I expanded it as I don't think it met my expectations. There's just little to think about, it's all very in your face and bold. I'm not a fan and I think you can do better mate, sorry.

sorry mate but i dont like it i dont think its as good as your gerrard one the text is not that good go to dafont.com to get some nice fonts and i dont like the contrast of kuyts face to his shirt also the background should realy be a coulor in your render or a close relative but you've only just started and are going in the right direction keep it up mate also a bit of advice you should really take days to do a sig the best you can, because you might think its great when your doing it but the next day you will nearly always find problems ( a bit of advice teekay gave to me)

I suggest you guys spend a bit more time on your stuff, and try to do some different stuff. But they're alright, just keep practicing. And don't stop.

Pro evo 11 - The joe cole one is good, but the vector stuff in the BG totally doesn't fit. remove it, solid render.

The hendrix one is ok, the face could've been blended better though. And the text isn't good.

Yes it works on any piece, its handy to use the method for avatars and walls, but sigs should really be saved as PNG. Its up to you though, the loss in quality is minimal and cant be seen. Just dont save anything as GIF cause its shit.

The sigs are ok, I think theres too much going on in the bg but KIU and you will keep improving.

you have definatly improved quite fast. your ronaldinho has good coulor and the text fits berbatov is 100% your best in my eyes. the render effects are nice the bg is simple but nice and the text is good aswell. by the way what format are you saving your sigs as these look poor quality in particular your ronaldinho and rosicky sigs. good sigs for a beginner

Rossy i like this sig :) not a big fan on the writing in sigs but nevertheless this looks very good. i like the render but the text could be al little bit more easier to see. great sig though keep it up :)

Rossy Boy - Nice sig, but it could be a lot better. I like the way the text is faded and I think it works well, what I think you should do is reduce the opacity of the small text because its too thick and it draws the attention aay from the render, which happens to be stretched for some reason.

PEM ive been doing sigs and other stuff since early 2005, if you keep going at it and keep learning from others you can really progress far, at times ive gone off making things a bit but you need to stick with it.

it looks good but the bg stands out to much maybe reduce the opacity?
change the text and desaturate the badge and reduce the ocacity again. apart from that the render looks good as does the light textures. well done :)

I did a Lebron James one, not much good I may add. After watching the all star game he is a talent. Liking your sig nice background effects, a better picture of LeBron would have been better, but very good nonetheless.

Poffeman - Nice, its quite similar to the other music walls you have made recently but its still good. I think you could have added a little more colour to the main picture but I think it being fairly dull and desaturated works well nonetheless.

The icons are nice liverpool1287, I think you should make them 100x100 imo because they look too big, but thats personal preference. try and explore text more its good too see you trying out different things so keep it up.
