Ive seen links to this site scattered throughout the forums but im not sure if anyone has actually been told how great this site is. If you already know this then dont read on, but for all those looking for a quick solution to updating a newly acquired PES3 go to:

i couldn't work it out at first but using the menus on the left, select 'Master League' and click on the WE7 game box picture at the bottom (thats what stumped me for like a day....duh!). This will give the majority (not all) of the clubs in all their updated glory including necessary transfers, newly created players, those players retired/sold etc, and finally the clubs default strategy. Not all new players to the game have been included...YET, but those that have have links to their suggested stats pages. There are some players that are not linked from the club pages it seems but they can be accessed from an alphabetical list under 'Creating Players' so browse away.
Only thing im not sure of is the assigning of *'s for abilities looks like it might not always show the stars where necessary but im sure you hardworking people can make some good judgements.
Anyway, this site should go some way to nearly completing an up to date game. Loved it.
