He's Still in Barcalona and he stats are still very high - i think he's dropped since his glory days but there he is!

nope. i checked, he is not in the barca side. mine is we7 updated patch though.. maybe that's the difF?

Yeah thats probably it, he's in the Barca team in mine too. Would you put him or Luis Enrique in the starting 11? It's the eternal dilemma I always have when playing with Barcelona.

depends what result i need, i personally feel mendieta is more GUNG-HO and much more effective in attack. but that will never happen. i dont even have mendieta =P

I have Mendieta in my game too. You can probably find him in ML by showing the entire list of players. And try to play the game thats not patched and put him in Spain and save it. Then play the patched version.
