Resolution Problem !?

Hello, I have ati radeon X1800XT, 1gb Ram, Athlon 3500, And I play pes5 only in 640x480. The resolution cannot be changed neitgher from the game nor from the windows... When I change the resolution nothing changes... Is this a problem?
