His approach play seemed alright, he didn't seem as clownish as everyone is making him out to be. There again, I can't recall him having a shot, maybe I'd have thought differently if he had've had one.

I agree. Pompski would have been further up the league if it wasn't for him. Yes, he is quality and gets goals, but he is soooooooooooo greedy. I had a mate of mine count passes he made when he went to a game at Fratton Park. He counted 2!
