Ok lads for those of you who wish to have an amazingly realistic option file that has edited kits for a number of licensed teams then by all means, look no further than here. Arsenal, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Villarreal, Palermo all have fully editable kits now.

And it won't stop there, as more teams bring out new kits for next season this OF will consistantly be updated. Stats, appearances, squads, formations etc will always be altered and changed to keep up to date with real footballing world.

This OF is a much edited version of the amazing dwevans v2 option file which those who have downloaded know how good it is.

As well as all of the features of the dwevans OF this one now includes;

Features

* 100% Player names, Team names, Stadiums, Leagues & Cups. January Transfers. Classic teams changed to U21's. Edited boots for added realism.

* New Tottenham Hotspur and West Brom badges. Plus new Man Utd AIG
Sponsor and a better looking Carlsberg sponsor for Liverpool. New Fulham home kit & new Rennes home kit. Updated Lille OSC badge.

* Boca Juniors and River Plate have now replaced Rapid Vienna and Artmedia
Bratislava. (Credit to Paul S at evo-web and Cic at pesfan for all the player info and kits).

* All team names from the dwevans OF have been edited so that Inter are
no longer Internazionale, Real Betis are no longer Real Betis Balompie etc.

* Updated World Cup 2006 Kits. (Great work by the buys at pesfan with these).

* Tons of appearance edits from pesinsight, pesfan and evo-web that weren't in dwevans v2 OF. (Credit to everyone who posted appearances on these sites).

* All of player stats posted by the highly respected PLF and Del Piero have been edited.

* A great range of players have now been given their correct boots.

* I have also edited the appearances of some ML Newcomers including,
Orlando, Merino, Shaw, Gutierrez, Baldini, Jackson, Schwarz, Kaiser plus others.

* Plus something that alot of you thought was not possible on PES5...
The Villarreal kit is now the correct all yellow strip! Oh yes you heard me
right, no shitty blue shorts & socks anymore my PES loving friends.:D

* (Update). The Palermo licensed kits have been changed to this seasons
just like the Villarreal ones. (Credit to everage at pesfan for the kits).

* Both Villarreal and Palermo have fully editable kits and still remain as
licensed teams in the La Liga and Serie A!

The only thing i can think of is that you have the old Option File on your Max Drive aswell and you have copied that to your memory card instead. If you have multiple saves on your Max Drive they all come up with the same name when your copying them from the Max Drive to the MC.

Delete everything off your Max Drive and download it again. Next time it should be the right file.

If your still having problems i'll take a look at the links.

One slight problem. I loaded up my master league on your option file, and found that two of my players names ahd changed. Messi had changed to Orrenarlo (or something like that), and someone else had changed to a 17 year-old okocha. Any Ideas?

they must have been overwritten for some strange reason

On the original OF by dwevans he had to overwrite some players to change the classic teams into the U21's and some players have been changed so they can do the elastico/flip-flap move. This is most probably the reason.

I certainly will, the only problem with the Ajax kit is that you won't be able to make the sponsor like it is in real life, but i'll definately add them.

I am working on V2 at the moment, Reading and Sheffield Utd have now been added over Sunderland and West Brom. Birmingham will be replaced as soon as the play-offs finish.

By the way bluescouse you can edit international kits like japan and south korea. Use PESfan editor if you are too lazy to use the ingame editor.

Hey guys, i've been at work all day. Unfortunately there will be no more updates until V2, i'm unhappy with the current OF, there's still lots of things missing and things that need improving. It'll be out before the World Cup though.

Moscow were the UEFA Cup winners and Shaktar and Brugge were in the Champions League last year. I would prefer any of these 3 teams over Besiktas or Sparta Praha. But it is BlueScouse who decides.

One slight problem. I loaded up my master league on your option file, and found that two of my players names ahd changed. Messi had changed to Orrenarlo (or something like that), and someone else had changed to a 17 year-old okocha. Any Ideas?

I have exactly the same with Robinho.. for some reason he's now called Kitson. I also cannot select the kit that I want to wear with my team (Real Madrid): no kit is being displayed at all. Any ideas what went wrong here?

If you have already started a Master League with a different option file and then downloaded this one, you will get players who have changed. This is because the original option file (dwevans v2) had edited alot of players for things like the Under 21 teams, players who could do the Ronaldinho Elastico move etc.
I don't understand why you can't select Real Madrids kit mate. It works fine for me. Is it only in the Master League that this happens?

i have got the max drive device guys. Basically, i click on one of the max drive links at the top of this thread and download the file. The file appears on my hard drive as unreadable. Tomassi, make sure you have downloaded the Max file and not the XPS one. Now plug the Max Drive into your PC, open up the Max Drive folder and copy the option file to the MD.

Now plug the MD into the PS2 and insert the CD you got with the MD into the PS2 aswell. On the menu select 'My Devices' and now where it says 'Choose Primary Device' select the Max Drive icon and press X.

Wait for a while as it needs to do a search for the file on the MD, once found it will appear under the 'Device Contents' title. Go across to it, press X and then go to 'Uncrush', select your memory card and press X. It will then write the file to your Memory Card...simple.

Yeah i'll do that mate, which stadium do you reckon?
was having a look and i'd either go with the Parc des Princes stadium or Kashima stadium. These two are very similar in shape to the emirates stadium. Also the seating shape (curvy) is similar in both stadiums but this is just my opinion.

Do you copy the players for the teams you delete and save them in unregistered player slots for ML/other use. I would like to be able to create Birmingham City when I download V2. Also, I thought the missing WC teams were on your file. It would be an all in one master of a file then.

I have released nearly all of the Birmingham players so they are unregistered, some of the shit players may have been overwritten, i can't remember. But you will find the ones who haven't in the unregistered section for ML use.

Not keen on adding the missing World Cup teams because you can't change the countries name, flag etc.

Its your file so I suppose you can do what you want with it. I like using Sparta and they do Qualify for the Champions League every year but then again I also prefer to have all European teams so whichever cup I have it is ultimately like the Champions League. I think a token 3 or 4 South American teams is neither here nor there, so I wouldnt include them - but its your file.

There might be players and teams in your ML that have changed. How far into your ML are you? If your using my OF then i'd wait til the weekend mate.

Would it be possible for this option file to be converted to a bin / cue file?

I Know this has been mentioned before in a previous thread, and there is one on here that is already been done..

The reasons why im asking is:
1. This seems to be the best option file around..
(not seen it, but great work by what everyone is saying)

2. I dont have a max - drive

So if it could be then i could then burn the image to a CD the pop it in my chipped PS2 and HEY PRESTO :)

Let me know if you wouldn't mind doing this if you can that is :)

Looks like a good job WSAG, i'm glad someone finally took over my option file...i felt i was letting people down a bit as university caught up with me and i got swamped with work. Not only that but the time i have to edit i use to help with PLF's option file over on evo-web.

Yeah mate the new Spurs kit is in V2 with the Mansion sponsor aswell. I've also added the Bet24 sponsor for Blackburn.

This has probably been asked and answerd many times so im sorry!
When is it out?
Also can I ask, wehn I downloaded V1, I did a Master League with a created team, whilst creating I couldnt find some players, such as Lisandro Lopez (Porto & Argentina) and Gael Clichy (Arsenal & France) can someone tell me why and will this be fixed in V2?
Also you might not wanna spread your secret but, how did u edit licensed teams?
