Just a guess here but I think he means if Arsenal win the Champions League?

The rules were changed. How many times do we need to go over that part of it? It was UEFA's mistake last time, so now they've rectified it. Everyone knew at the start of this season what the rules were. End of story. Discussion not required (again).
