Where Do I Register My Player?????

I've been away for a while so i don't know what the fuck is going on...so could somebody please post me a link to the attibutes template so that i can enter myself? Another thing could Zyg or someone else with PES3 create my appearance too, i'll post a picture in a bit. I can't do all this myself because i had to take PES3 back to the shop because i'm skint and need the money to pay my rent in uni.
