how do you get promising players in ML?

does any1 know how to get youth players in PES3 ML ? cos i cant find anything to do with it.

go to negotiations and then go to the screen which has created players, next to it should be a page titled 'growth'

thats the list of players. sign one (or more) and train him up by playing matches and winning points to add to him
