how to transfer joe cole???

hi, can anyone tell me how to transfer joe cole to chelsea cos i juz can't transfer him as west ham is no longer around...or do i have to create joe cole myself ? pls advice... thks in advance...
is there a way to shoot the ball low cos everytime i shoot ,the ball juz go sky high eventhough i tap the shoot button lightly.

joe cole should be on west ham so u should be able to transfer him over and if not he may be on the england team.

and just make sure u REALLY tap it to make it go low.
