Is there any way of editing ISS 3, using the programs given or is there a website about this.
Do I have to have an X-Port to use the patches or create my own.
Thanks..

An X-Port is only used to transfer memory card files from the PS2 to the PC and vice versa so you can use the hard disk as a memory card.
I don't know of any patches for ISS3.

So I should get a decent modchip and download a Winning Eleven
patch and burn onto a CD, to be able to play it.
You would need a copy of WE6FE in order to apply WE6FE patches tho ;)

So I take it that the patches are not for ISS3?
I've never seen anyone attempt to patch it, due majority view that it uses a inferior engine, oooooo  :D
I'm sure it would be harder as I don't even know if the tools are compatible.

Mike, have you got ISS3 and do you recommend it?
I do have it, no I highly recommend NOT buying this game if you already own any PES or WE games ;)
There are some nice features but overall it's very inferior imo.

Is it better than FIFA (as I have read)?
That's a tough one in all honesty, but overall I'd say it is better then the latest F*fa. There is much more control over the player then F*fa especially when defending. But they are still both quite bad footie games anyway... :)

Cheers for the info.
(Not that I was considering buying either, maybe just playing ISS3)

i got fifa 2003 (pc) and its cool all the stuff you can download and add to it.... but the game its self aint too good. i played one game of iss3, and i didn't like it to much.... but like i said it was only one game so i couldnt form an opinion really.
as for patching... i really doubt any1 will be making patches for it anytime!

FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT ISS3.
1) Can you edit the kits like PES2
2) How many created created stadiums can you make.
