now,Obviously i will be cheering on England but my favourite National team is Holland and Italy,Whats your favourite international team?
P.S this is not a "spam" thread.
If England have to play Holland/italy i obviously would cheer England on!

Jamaica, because of family reasons, i'll probably follow them all the time after the WC because England are going to go down the pan. In this WC i'll be cheering on all the underdogs.

I was always supporting Kuwait, but they were only in Spain's WC, loosing 4-1 with France, a draw with Czech (Panenka's goal) an loosing only 1-0 with England (Francis goal).

Don't ask me why I support them.

Besides England, I like Czech Republic and Argentina. I think Argentina really should be the best in the World, especially when you judge their ability in each position.

They have the flair of South American teams, and the strength of Europe.

Holland obviously, but I usually also like to keep an eye out on Japan, because of Shinji Ono (great, smart midfielder)
I was also impressed with South Korea and their positive play and great mentality in the last world cup.

But I mainly just watch some teams with more interest because of a few players they have, like Sweden has Larsson and Zlatan and Rosenberg, and Ivory Coast has Kalou, and Serbia-Montenegro has Kezman... etc etc... and these are all players I enjoy watching.

Jesus wept, England for me but I am also partial to Jamaica and any country that fields a player from my Club as it is so rare i.e. Tony Capaldi at Norn Ireland.

Well I did back in 1998 and was pissed off when Owen scored against them in the recent friendly.

The only time I have ever wanted England to win was against Germany in 1990 and Euro 96. I cant explain why as I am British and if it was something more serious eg war I would always back our men but in sport the arsehole fans just really do my head in. I never go to the pub to watch England for that reason.

I dont know why it is but England always seem to have a couple of players that I hate and just cant get behind them - this year the manager makes my skin crawl even before I think about the players
