I'm sure I've missed someone out in midfield. Before anyone says Shevchenko, Batistuta did far more during the 1990s.

Do I detect a bias towards Man Utd there ?

I like your Italian team but no Zola, Costacurta, Battistuta ? Also anyone know when Maradonna retired ? or got done for drugs or whatever made him leave Italy non payment of taxes or something like that ?

People must memorise that fact!

Maradona left Napoli in 1990/91 and wouldn't really qualify just on the basis that he didn't do enough in two years compared to people like Baggio who played magnificently for at least seven of the ten years.

By the way I watched the England game in town today - was at Broad Street about an hour before kick off but ended up watching it in a pub down the canal on Gas Street called The Panama Bar . It was great - nice atmosphere, no dickheads and the girls in there were definitely easy on the eye.

Same here with regards to going out watching England games. I may not support England but I like watching a good game of football in a pub. Unfortunately, not supporting England means I'll end up being stabbed or something stupid like that.

Well I will be in there next Saturday secretly wishing Portugal to win as I really think they are a better side than England. But seriously I wouldnt have thought you would get any trouble in there - it just didnt seem that type of place. Walking back into town down Broad Street on the other hand, was full of mongs, and that was when England won !
