Eons ago, the Fedaykin were a warrior caste, a select group of elite troops, the death commando sworn to protect The Messiah. Fanatically loyal and the most ferocious warriors in the Megaverse. A Fedaykin has never been and will never be taken captive.
Now that our duties have been fulfilled, we have left our warring ways behind.
We have embraced, and are now fully committed to what is, certainly, the greatest sport the Megaverse has ever seen - Football.
We are Fedaykin, nothing can change that, thus we have transformed our ancient fighting technique, The Wierding Way, most complete and beautiful of martial arts, into an effective game style.
This has had unforseen and wondrous effects on our performance.
Not only did it intensify our team spirit and coordination, it increased our shooting and passing mastery as well as vastly enhancing our ball control.
All this, combined with our military code, makes us a formidable opponent.
Our discipline on the field is rivaled by none.
We were once mighty on the battlegrounds. May Shai-Hulud grant us glorious victories on the pitch as well!
This will be our Insight Command Post whence we shall scout new recruits and hold council away from the front lines.
We shall also post links to our fixtures so everyone can watch in amazement and gape in awe as we achieve victory after glorious victory.
I do not think that this World is or will ever be ready for the football experience we are about to deliver!

Your second position is SB so you'll fit in nicely on the right. Besides, your player has always been very agressive. Also, if you play there,Teekay, Wolf_Hook, Latinomig and yourself can all be starters.

I hosted and uploaded our first game. A friendly against FC Barcelona. I had to make use of my powers of persuasion and close ties with the catalan giants. I tell you, it was no easy feat, but they finally agreed and put everything aside so they could come to our stupendous Arena and take part in what turned out to be a beautiful event. Enjoy.

Man, the last two signings have been great. Both of them had their appearances prepared and were already in the process of making their abilities. Their enthusiasm is refreshing.

We had many chances on goal in all our games and we dominated them as well.
ACE are a difficult side. They have extra large defenders but i think we can take them out anyway.

Guerra Santa are not as solid a team as we are. They do have a danger man that goes by the name of Heyburt. He has already bagged a few goals and is a particularly annoying and insolent twit, but we have one of the best defensive lines in the league so i doubt he'll be of any danger.
I'm torn between using our usual line-up, 4-4-2, which suits our squad and is very effective, or going with a 4-3-3. I have been testing it and it has yielded good results.

You won't be able to play in front of the defense until we sort Nedy out. When he was being created, he wasn't given a D-Line control special so he is useless as a CB. Our offside trap is easily broken unless both CBs have this ability.

Ours was re-hosted because Theo put Lami instead of Espartaco in the DMF position.
The funny bit is that Lami was the one marking Sullivan when he scored both headers....
Gadge didn't even upload the highlights of the re-host, so not only did we have to take his word for it, we couldn't even see how we played or what went wrong.
We had agreed that the new result would, logically, be the one that would stand, but his Gadgyness didn't even remember to note down who had scored the goals in the second game, so Sullivan's illegal goals were counted.
Muad'Dib was obviously furious about the whole affair, but didn't want to shake WEmaniacs up for the sake of forum stability.

I done the exact same thing when our 0-0 with the order was re hosted because of the simple fact that the game finished "0-0", if we had that point now we'd be top.. :crymore:

Thanks for the kind words, Fluke, that's really brave of you to speak ill of me where you think I won't be looking. To think I felt sorry for you when those fools were badmouthing you in that other thread.
As for the 0-0 game, I agreed with the dGs manager that if the game was a shit 0-0 which adds no entertainment to the league (like much of Fedaykin's games), the hoster could do an immediate rehost. If you call me a spoilt brat, then you're calling Minof one as well.
And Muad, we had earlier agreed that if you lost the rehost again, there would be no point in going to the bother of re-encoding and re-uploading for the sake of having different goalscorers. Your main concern was losing Esgaroth's goal, because hes pushing for a top scorer's spot. Since that he didn't score in the re-host I thought you would have been even more content with the original result. Anyway you changed your mind at the end as I was setting up the gamecam so what stuck in my head was the original agreement.
Anyways let's put an end to this stupid bickering and get on with the league.

Sorry to be messing the place up even more, but I said that the rule was to be implemented, but got lost in the mix and forgotten about. And before the match was rehosted I asked Billy if he would like it rehosted, I wouldn't have dreamt of demanding it. If the rest of the lads aren't happy with it that's cool, one of the proposals was that when the manager sends his formation to the hoster, he could specify whether he would accept the 0-0 rehost for that particular game, and it would have the consent of both managers in order for it to happen. It would obviously not make sense if a team only needed a draw to win the league or whatever.
Soliloquay was managing the rules and had them all written down in an excel file, and that was one of the ones that got lost with his departure.

And Muad, we had earlier agreed that if you lost the rehost again, there would be no point in going to the bother of re-encoding and re-uploading for the sake of having different goalscorers. Your main concern was losing Esgaroth's goal, because hes pushing for a top scorer's spot. Since that he didn't score in the re-host I thought you would have been even more content with the original result. Anyway you changed your mind at the end as I was setting up the gamecam so what stuck in my head was the original agreement.
I know what we agreed on, and it is not what ended up happening, so i don't know what exactly you're making that argument for. The truth is that it did bother me that you didn't upload the highlights or note the goals and assists of the re-match, but hey.
I had to take your word for it, which isn't fair to my team, and i did. It's actually outrageous. I don't spend time taking care of the squad so i end up with a bad quality match and a non-existant re-host, and end up having to accept the score from an illegal hosting.
But it's all good. I really don't give a flying one anymore. I'm not going to waste my time arguing about shit like this week in and week out.
Fluke asked me a question and i gave him an answer, end of story.

I have just submitted our lineup for the upcoming clash against the dG's.
It's a very decent formation, well balanced. I've a good feeling about this one, my brothers. I'll post it as soon as they submit theirs, which should be soon because i think they've only got thirty minutes until the thread closes...

I placed them as far up front as i could. The reason for them playing in midfield is, as you point out, for them to help the sidebacks in case the dG's play with a wide formation, and to ensure midfield domination.
I have set the counter attack to A, which means that they will be standing far out on the flanks when we have the ball anyway.

Muad that goal I scored from the backheel in my mind makes up for the one on one miss I had last season when I back heeled the ball right in front of the goals and they other team ran down the pitch and scored a last minute winner.
Man I was at an all time low after that but this season is a lot better for me personally.

So much depended on that last pivotal moment and everything went wrong
Anyway, this last goal you scored is one of the best goals ever scored in DTL history. Could be the longest as well....
My favorite still is blackillusion's goal last season. I actually applauded when his little guy scored that. That was one intense game. I'll try and find the highlights of that fixture.
