here in England, Man United fans find any problems or mistakes made by Leeds, Liverpool, Arsenal and possibly Newcastle, funny, and vice versa!
the fact that Alan Smith is a complete idiot and got arrested for throwing a bottle into the crowd is found funny by us Man U fans, and the fact that he was dropped from the england squad made it better
I'd think it was funny if it didn't affect England (Smith is far better than Heskey surprisingly). It's a bloody joke if you ask me. Fancy getting arrested for throwing a plastic bottle back into the crowd. OK, it's possibly not the smartest thing he's ever done (well..:)) but arresting him for it?
Let us not forget though, how did the bottle get there in the first place? Ah yes someone must have thrown it there. Don't see the police running around arresting them though

i suppose it could be classed as inflaming the tensions in the match!! he shouldn't have done it and he's being punished! but he probably is better than Heskey
i read soccerage and liverpool is reported to land smith? weird, i doubt smith will leave leeds

not for liverpool anyway! he wont leave unless THEY sell him, or they are relegated, it would tear his heart out......message to liverpool "buy him"
smith wouldnt leave unless he was forced out. if i was the manager of a premiership club id make a £8m offer for him, leeds would bite their hands off and smith wud probably be forced to leave. and yes he is a lot better than heskey

he probably is, and the ywould bite there hands off, no question!
you a Leeds supporter Ash?
think they'll go down?
i was but ive lost interest a bit now theyre doing so badly. i think we'll know if they are gonna go down in the next month or so when eddie gray is in charge. if he does well we might be ok. he certainly knows the players well so who knows.

i think under the nutty Professor McKenzie and the leeds board any one would struggle.
too many players haven't got the passion for the fight.

what ever happened to supporting your team through thick and thin ash? forget the problems and go to a game and just enjoy yourself (if thats possible).
i only said i had lost interest. not just cos they are now shit, but cos im now at college and working and all that stuff, and i dont have time to go to all the games.
i was a season ticket holder for 3 years and before that i went to about 200 games, im not an armchair fan.
its just hard to get to games at the moment. and when they are bottom of the league it seems less appealing to rush to elland road on a day off and see us get beat by bolton. :(
