Do U Ave To Buy Patching And If So Where Can U Buy It Cause I Am Confused Cause Everyone On The Site Is Talkin About Patching!!!!!!!

You download the free patching programs. You download the free patches. You rip your original PES3 or WE7 disk and then apply patches to it and burn them using a CD burner.

All info and guides are in the Editing section.
You need a chipped or modded PS2 to play patched games. jag87's thread in the Editing section explains a lot about this.
