Overview

The long awaited WSAG Evolution V3 Option File is finally available for everyone to download! The previous WSAG files where an instant hit with alot of people and V3 will sure not fail to impress. The third and final installment comes with an unbelievable amount of new teams, kits, players, stats, boots, emblems and logos than ever before. Everything has been taken into careful consideration to make sure this is a truly stand out option file.

WARNING: If you have already started a Master League with another Option File or even with the WSAG V1 OF, alot of players will have changed due to new teams being added (8 in total). I apologise for the inconvenience. I know it's a pain but i would recommend you start a new Master League when you download V2.

All emblems and logos have been completely edited, resized and tweaked using OPTPiX iMageStudio and Adobe Photoshop to the absolute highest quality......it is impossible to tell the difference between a licensed teams badge and an unlicensed team!



More Youth team players than ever before. From the Premiership to the Bundesliga, Fran Merida of Arsenal to dos Santos of Barcelona...tons of youngsters have been added.



All recently retired players have been overwritten.



Squad Numbers are 100% updated for every team.


New up to date boots have been created (thanks to Vixon) and all players have been allocated their correct boots.

UEFA Champions League 2006/07

Included for the third and final installment are all 32 clubs participating in this seasons UEFA Champions League. Can you guide the small Bulgarian side Levski Sofia to the ultimate footballing prize or will you take an easier route and bring home the glory for Chelsea for the first time. From Shakhtar Donetsk to AC Milan, Steaua Bucharest to Barcelona every team and every player has been included.

The teams that have been replaced are as follows;

Option File Transfering Tutorials

Haven't got a clue how to use your max drive? Are you struggling trying to figure out how to get an OF onto your Xbox? Then hopefully the tutorials below will be of some use to you.

How to transfer the OF onto you Memory Card/Hard Drive:

Using Xbox Max Drive...
1. Download and unzip the file
2. Make an archive (zip file) of the folder called UDATA
3. Drag this newly created zip file onto your maxdrive using the software.
4. Connect your maxdrive into one of your Xbox controller ports and load up PES5.
5. On the PES5 menu screen, go to Options > PES Data Control > Copy Saved Data. Then select the ‘Change’ option, and select the Datel Max Drive from the list.
6. Select the PES5 Option file present on the max drive, and then choose a slot on your hard drive to save the option file.
7. Once you have saved the file to your xbox hard drive/memory card, return to the main game menu and let play begin!

Using PS2 Max Drive...
1. Download and unzip the file
2. Select and drag the .max file onto the max drive software.

Using PS2 X-Port...
1. Download and unzip the file
2. Import the .xps file into your X-Port database using the X-Port software
3. Select and choose the 'Restore' option to transfer the option file onto your memory card.

Using PC...
1. Download and unzip the file
2. Copy the file entitled KONAMI-WIN32PES5OPT and paste it into the folder My Documents > KONAMI > Pro Evolution Soccer 5 > Save > Folder 1

As highlighted in bold, the save folder above is located in My Documents and NOT the Konami folder in Program Files.

The file MUST be entitled KONAMI-WIN32PES5OPT for it to work, so do not change the name of the file.

Note: If you already have an existing option file on your memory card or hard drive, you will be asked if you want to overwrite it. If your current file is one you might want to go back to then you will want to back the file up first, before transferring this Option File.

To unzip a file you will need to download WinRar or Winzip if you haven't got one of these already.

If you follow these instructions, you should have no problems.

How to transfer the OF onto your Xbox 360:

With just the XSATA (http://us.codejunkies.com/shop/produ...l=1&ProdID=403) attached between my 360 and my PC, I used the Xplorer360 software on my PC which allows you to view the contents of your 360 harddrive and I....

Selected "Drive" > "Open" > "Harddrive or Memcard...." from the Topbar menu

Went to drive "partition 3"

Drilled down the folders into "Compatibility/Xbox1/UDATA/4b4e0030/" ("4b4e0030" is the 360 folder name for PES5)

Deleted the folder "5252897584A1" ("5252897584A1" being the 360 and Xbox folder name for the Option File I think)

Replaced it with the "5252897584A1" folder of my desired Option File ("5252897584A1" folder contained only a "saveimage.xbx", "SaveMeta.xbx" and .xsv file)

....then switched on my 360 to at last have this wonderful Option File working!!!!

I will add the new ML Default teams soon. I created nearly all the players on a separate memory card and for some stupid reason deleted the option file from that memory card.....instantly realising what i'd done!

Go to your control panel and delete it off your computer with the add/remove file program icon.

That should remove the max drive data completely off your system, then try and install again.

Go to Edit, Edit team, juve, then Strip, (i'm guessing chest logo) then the two tamoil logos are on page 2. do the same to teams that he instructed on page 3.

Van Pers does play AM or Wing, I seen him do it for Arsenal mid game and Holland. Plus Football Manager says he can play there and it is the bible.

Juventus in other league a. go to edit, next go to edit team, choose juventus in other league a, now go to Strip, then chest logo, then go to Logo 1, at the next screen go to select logo, on page 2 u should see tam choose it and then press ok. then u do the same for the Logo 2 slot but then choose moil which is also on the second page.

its very strange but the white square behind the number on the shorts only appears on the kit when i go to edit kit. However when i play a match its completely fine, so false alarm i think.

That's pretty much the case right enough jeffbrookman, it is essentially the same Xbox files but with a few removed. A tutorial on 360gamessaves.com explains that you cannot copy over the "datelinfo.xbx" file from the Xbox to the 360 as it woun't work. I believed it and just never tried otherwise as I was scared what it would do to my 360 (as XSATA could easily make the Hardrive contents unreadable to the 360) so I took it from the directory below the one containing "datelinfo.xbx" and it worked great.

There most probably is a better way of doing it than the way I got it to work but I'm too much of a woose to experiment and break it. :)

This has happened to me in the past, honestly don't know the reason for it aswell. Just go to edit team in the ML menu and change the badge back is all i can suggest.

The XSATA is by-passing the way Microsoft meant data transfer to work on the 360 as it's not like the friendly User Interface from the maxdrive on the Xbox, the XSATA just basically says "here's everything on your 360 harddrive, what do you want to change?".

Blue besides what you mentioned about some erros in Benfica, Alcide's name, Andre Luis and Gomes no longer here....i noticed a few things more: Katsouranis is nº8, Diego Souza is nº14. Marco Ferreira is SMF and WF, not CMF.
Joao Alves from Sporting is AMF and CMF, not CF. If you want, i can give Joao Coimbra and Pedro Correira from Benfica and Rui Patricio from Sporting.

BTW, you forgot to remove Zidane, Barthez and R.Carlos from their national teams.

There should only be one, Boakye is actually on loan to Heracles from Ajax. See what happens when you rush things...mistakes get made! This will all be sorted for the update.

Downloaded it this morning via soccergames i think it is and i managed a quick look. I sorted out a quick friendly between man u and liverpool, and nearly creamed myself when i saw how good the kits were! I then quickly moved onto a quick chelsea vs real madrid and also was very impressed especially seeing the fifa team of the year logo!
