The one that bugs me the most is "Thomas Rosinsky". You'd think after fucking up a name that badly somebody would bother to correct them, but it is still being said that way.

I couldn't care less how it's pronounced really, because nobody has any idea, but like CC said, he wants "Kowt".

Spelling his name Kuyt annoys me though; it's Kuijt.

While we're on the subject of spelling mistakes, I only found out recently that the Scottish media have been misspelling Stan Petrov's name for about 7 years now...
