And that guy was Englands 'Technical Director', is he still doing it or did he pack it in for the Sunderland job? I can see what the the video was supposed to illustrate but unfortunately showing it to over-paid, half-witted footballers on a mission to get themselves relegated seems pretty pointless.

The guy is a total loon. Didnt help that he was showing it to the likes of McAteer and co.

Aye, 11 years ago.

The problem with him was, that he did have loads of "ideas" about how to develop the game. Only problem was, he was such a shite manager that he couldnt impliment them, and ended up coming out with crap about "rolling custard up a hill backwards with your finger." The man makes Bobby Robson look "all there", for god sake.
