Roster updates

Could someone tell me how to update rosters for example putting Tim Howard and Ronaldo in Man Utd :confused:

You must win 10,000 PES points to unlock the free transfer option. Either that or download one of the option files from PESfan via an X-port.

I have the PC version will it work?
