Dont think this should be put on the official rangers thread only....

Rangers legend bobby shearer died this mornin. He was the captain of Rangers Football Club during the 50's and 60's. His name will be remembered through song forever. RIP BOBBY SHEARER - A TRUE RANGER

In that light, Pietro Rava also passed away. The only remaining player of Italy that won the 1938 WC. Bit of history vanished here.

Thought there would of been a bigger response to the thread about the death of a rangers legend and a great great footballer. Most of yous will not have heard of him but still should you not at least show some respect?

I still find it bemusing how they want to honour the death of a legend with a minutes applause. We all know that its a certain group of fans that can't keep their mouths shut and we aren't one of them. A minutes silence is far more appropriate.

I read about it earlier and was going to pay respects in the Rangers thread, but I was too busy then, so Iv came on to do it now.

Look no one cares about Bobby Shearer nor any other Rangers player for that matter so why don't you just get the fuck out of this thread or better still not start it in the first place. Most people will come on and say 'RIP' but have no idea who the cunt is, while I'll just be brutally honest and say I couldn't give a fuck. If he had any talent I'm sure I would have heard of him.

Now please go and blow Bob Murray or whoever the fuck's in charge up there these days.
