How has the file been created?
This file has been made with the PESfan file as a base.

Which teams are in the file?
The file contains a full premiership and full bundesliga as well as the normal leagues. TO FINISH THE FILE OFF I HAVE ADDED CSKA MOSCOW IN PLACE OF THE DUPLICATED BAYERN MUNICH IN OTHER LEAGUES A. (The stats for CSKA came from Watson's v4 option file for PES 5.

What level of editing have I done?
I have edited all kits, team names, logos and emblems.
All editing has been based on Watson's version 4 from PES5.
NO PLAYER STATS HAVE BEEN EDITED.

What platform is the option file available for?
PS2 and PC

Fisrt of all I used the PESfan v1 option file as a base which had already done the following changes:

Corrected Club team names (Apart from the Premiership teams)
Corrected player names
Corrected Stadium names (Apart from the Premier league grounds)
All in game transfers have been done
Club teams squad corrections
Corrected starting 11’s
Unlicensed club team kits updated (Emblems and Logos added, Apart from the Premiership teams)
Most duplicate players removed
All shop items locked

The changes I have made other than those listed in your question are:

Changed the names of Premiership Stadiums that weren't done by PESfan and gave Rio Ferdinand short hair

this OF has stats form watson OF or just the edited kits?
I downloaded another PESFan OFs based on and the names are not 100% correct, examples: Colombia, Venezuela, Bolivia, etc. Does your OF corrected those names? for example: Rodatega is in fact Rodallega (Colombia)
Could yo do a spanish version of this? i have the other edited OF, that works for you?

That's why I like Piess's OF, since I enjoy making transfers, editing, formations and most of those inside game editing stuff myself. I haven't checked the transfers yet though.

I have a question for you.
Today I was doing some transfers and when I tried to transfer Cavenaghi from Spartak Moskow to Bordeaux
I couldn't find them in the Register Player section in the Spartak Moscow team, he is unregistered there, it's the same in the Edit Player section
however when I went to the Edit Team/Set Formation/Change player he was there

Is there anyway I can solve this problem and register him to another team?

I had the same poblem with C.Rodriguez on the Sp. Moskow team but he doesn't have to be transferred so that's big problem.

Piess I have a question for you.
Today I was doing some tranfers and when I wanted to regsiter Cavenaghi from Sp. Moskow to Bordeaux I couldn't find him on the Spartak team, he was unregistered (same thing in the Edit Player section)
Then when I went to the Edit Team/Set Formation/Change Player section he's there in the team.
