Only two teams change position this week, with Manutd4ever picking up 3 much needed points with a comprehensive 2-0 victory over Greenegg, to edge further away from relegation trouble, and jump above O.J.

Likewise, just two teams change position in Division 2, with Joel Best moving into a promotion spot - following a dramatic 2-1 win over HP - at the expense of Phat, who meanwhile suffered a morale demoralising 2-0 away defeat to fellow promotion contenders, Preki-USA, to record their second consecutive loss.

Barry's 4-1 victory sends him up to 3rd in the League - his highest position of the season so far, and sends both Nedy and Figo down a position. O.J.'s crucial win over Figo sends him clear of the relegation battle, and looking to cement his place in mid-table.

Del Piero's tight victory over The G sends him 8 points clear over Joel and Preki, both with 17 points, and makes it hard to look past him for one of the promotion spots. Phat gets back to winning ways, and moves up a position to 4th, with Cranie's solitary point leaving him 3 points adrift of the promotion zone. The G, Sdav and CSP continue to flirt with relegation, following further losses. Rafa's poor run of form continues, as he desperately looks for a win to move himself away from the relegation fight.

At the halfway stage in the season, promotion to Division 2 is still well and truly up for grabs, with just 3 points separating the top 4. Mufcsean picks up a second consecutive win, as he looks to move up the table, while Cali picks up an impressive victory over under-achieving CaptainCabinet, to climb into second, and put further pressure on undefeated Sullivan.

The top two both claim hard fought single-goal victories, as the lead at the top remains 7 points. Nedy and Figo both jump above Barry, following his 1-0 defeat. Top Gun claimed a vital 3 points, after a comprehensive 3-0 victory over Calculus. He now sits a solitary point away from safety, with Calculus and Manutdever both looking over their shoulder.

Del Piero retains his 8 point cushion in the promotion places, however Joel cuts his lead at the top down to 6, thanks to edging out Phat, while the leader fought out an entertaining 2-2 draw with Cranie who, despite losing ground in the promotion race, will feel content to be only the second team to take points off the table toppers. Preki could only manage a draw against a stubborn HP side, which prevented him from largening the gap over fellow promotion challengers, Cranie and Phatmann. Sdav picked up a priceless victory over the underperforming bottom-of-the-table side to move out of the relegation zone, with 2 late goals sealing a 3-1 victory.

Dragonfly leaps to top spot, following a stunning 4-1 win over the out-of-sorts PEM, while Sullivan and Cali were both held to draws by Captain Cabinet and Original? respectively. Wellzy claimed a comfortable victory over an unbalanced Mufcsean side, to give himself a real shout for promotion to Division 2.

As there are an awkward amount of teams, I don't yet know how the next round will shape up or when the draw will be made. There may well be two other teams (the best third place teams) making it through to give us the sixteen teams we need.

As the season reaches crunchtime, Top Gun picks up a priceless 2-0 victory over O.J.'s in-form side, to move out of the bottom two for the first time all season. A close fought 1-1 draw between Hunter and Nedy, enabled Figo and Barry to leapfrog up to 3rd and 4th respectively, while a 4-0 win for the League leaders puts them 9 points clear, and almost within touching distance of the title.

Del Piero's 5-1 thumping sees him restore his 8 point cushion, and possibly only 4 points away from guaranteed promotion. A late injury-time equaliser by Preki prevents Joel from opening up a gap, and allowing Phatmann and Cranie to edge closer to the much vaunted second place. The relegation battle continues to heat up, with Sdav being the only beneficiary from Matchday 12.

Dragonfly and Cali tie their enthralling contest, as the former drops out to promotion spots, thanks to a brilliant 5-1 win for Wellzy over the bottom-of-the-table side. A late winner for Sullivan sees him sitting proudly at the table, but with a difficult clash with Original? coming up on Matchday 14, there's all to play for at the top of Division 3, with any 2 from 4 teams having realistic chances of promotion.

Top Gun's 2-1 upset of Hunter moves him clear of the relegation battle, while almost certainly handing a third title for Racing Club Avenido, following a 4-1 victory over Galaxy FC, who fail to make up ground on second position.

A second consecutive victory lifts Nikos off bottom, and gives him a fighting chance of survival, with several teams looking over their shoulder. Rambo, Calculus and O.J. all pick up what could turn out to be crucial points come the end of the season.

The Old London Town juggernaut continues to cruise along, with another comfortable victory nearing them to the title, and more importantly, promotion to Division 1.

Joel picks up a massive 3 points against relegation threatened Viperized, to gain some distance over Preki and Cranie, who fought out a competitive draw. Phat, however, continues to refuse to give up the chase, with another superb defensive display helping him to a 1-0 win.

Rafa picks up an important point away from home, however things remain extremely tight at the bottom, with any 2 from 4 hanging ominously close to relegation.

Original? grinds Sullivan's unbeaten run to a sudden halt, with an impressive 1-0 victory, which enables Wellzy to take top spot - for the first time this season - on goal difference.

Dragonfly moves back to within a single point of the promotion spots, with Cali dropping 2 points against a much-improved PEM side.

The race for promotion continues to heat up, with it looking likely to go right to the wire.
