Nice start man, welcome to the FL.
Prohawks off to a flyer
Prohawks coultn't have asked for a better start to the season with a 2-1 win over Alizee Lyonnais. Both goals coming from Rudd Van Nistelrooy but the man of the match went to Makelele who did an excellent job protecting the back four.
"This was a great result for the team" said Flores. "I felt we were the better team Overall".
after we went ahead we were in a commanding position untill Alizee Equalised and we started to get frustrated but we were able to quickly regain our form, which helped us get all three points" added Flores
"hopefully we can continue our form into the next game against Galaxy FC"

Comments:
Francesco Totti would have an unsatisfactory return against his old club, in a bad-tempered game, for Quique Sanchez Flores first match as Prohawks manager.
It was Flores who was seen clenching his fists in delight at the final whistle, however, after a Ruud van Nistelrooy brace sealed the points for the Hawks.
Van Nistelrooy made no doubt of his intentions early on, as he raced onto a through ball from Ryan Giggs, only for William Gallas and Willy Sagnol to crowd him out.
It wouldn't take the Dutchman too much longer to score the opener. In the 19th minute, he flung himself towards a cross from Luis Figo, and knocked the ball into the back of the net. A scruffy goal, but a very important one at that.
Kaka tried to respond with a longe range effort which was well handled by Jens Lehmann, but a midfield which appeared unbalanced from the offset, denied Alizee of any chance of a major fightback.
Indeed, they could consider themselves fortunate not to fall further behind as Giggs missed the goal by inches, and Jermaine Jenas scuffed his glorious chance wide.
Louis Saha's attempt at goal was deflected wide by Makelele. From the resulting corner, William Gallas managed to leap above Mikael Silvestre, and head home, for what was a somewhat undeserving leveller.
The Prohawks were like a wounded animal at this point, and the points were well and truly up for grabs. Gattuso and Lassana Diarra failed to find an understanding with Totti and Joaquin, as Prohawks midfield started to retain their domination through the centre.
It appeared to be heading towards a frustrating afternoon for Flores' men, as chance after chance went begging, Juninho going the closest when his free kick clipped the outside of the post.
It was the Brazilian again, who was at hand for the next attempt at goal. His long range shot being well saved by Coupet, who then managed to fling himself across to the right to save the rebound from Jenas, which looked destinated for the corner of the net, but it was third time lucky, as Van Nistelrooy pounced and hammered the ball high into the roof of the net. The emphatic finish sent the crowd into a frenzy, as the Dutchman ran towards his adoring fans, and was quickly booked for his trouble.
Paul Le Guen called upon the cavalry, and brought on Sidney Govou, Florent Malouda and Samaras, to spark the side into life.
It wasn't to be, as the Prohawks hung on for a fine victory, which saw them climb the table.
MOTM: Claude Makelele
Lead the midfield in style. The veteran midfielder was the heartbeat of the side from start to finish.

Prohawks losing streak continues
Racing Club Avenido continued to pile the misery on Prohawks after comfortbale 3-0 win at the Vicente Calderon.
Prohawks have not won a single since their first victory of the season against FC Lyonnais.
"Our current run of results have to been poor to say the least, now we are languishing at the bottom of the table. Racing Club Avenido showed why they are champions last week and i expect them to run away with the league. Our squad needs major improvement if we want to aviod the drop, I will definatly be bringing players as our squad is too old".
TRANSFER NEWS
http://img172.imageshack.us/img172/8134/ruudvan6qe.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Ruud set for departure?
There has been speculation surrounding Ruud Van Nistelrooy's future at the Vicente Calderon. TG united have apparently offer £25 million for Van Nistelrooy. Ruud is the fans favourite and they wouldn't be happy if he were to be sold.
"This is nothing but rumours, Ruud is very important to our squad and it would be a huge loss if he left".
http://img245.imageshack.us/img245/8053/31999915509724582380cr.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
François Clerc is one of many players targeted by Quique Sanchez Flores. Rumours are that Clerc may be on his way to FC Lyonnais with Samuel going the other way. When asked Flores was quick to dissmiss the rumour.
"He is a player that I admire a lot, he is young, has a lot of talent, but we already have Salgado, Geremi and Cordoba who can play at right back, however I would like to add players of his (Clerc) talent".
Losing streak comes to an end
Prohawks FC have finally ended their losing streak with a well earned 1-1 draw at Old Trafford, which left the manager pleased. "Not many teams come away with a point from Old Trafford but we managed to that, the players performed very well and hopefully we can now start getting points"
http://img515.imageshack.us/img515/2333/thuram237990dfz8.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
After a man of the match performance against Newton Heath, Lillian Thuram has had some praise from manager Quique Sanchez Flores which may lead to not only him keeping his place in the starting eleven but in the team as there are rumours Flores will let him go in the transfer window.
"Thuram had a wonderful game, he was commanding in the air, his leadership was first class and he was able to handle Huntelaar. Despite his good performance there is no gaurentee that he will keep his place in the starting line up. As for the rumours surrounding Thuram's future, well it is true that I will be selling players and he may or may not be one of them so we will have to wait and see.
TRANSFER NEWS
http://img255.imageshack.us/img255/8853/3025889706wp9.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Reports from Marca and L'equipe confirm Frank Ribery will be joining Prohawks when the transfer window opens. Frank Ribery is believed to be apart of a big deal involving Alizee Lyonnais, the details of the deal are not confirmed yet.
"Ribery is an exciting winger with pace and trickery and would definatly beneft the squad, hopefully it will ease our relegation worries"
http://img402.imageshack.us/img402/7166/fernandomorientesrp0.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Prohawks and Galaxy FC have reached an agreement for Morientes. Morientes has decided to sign a permanent contract.
"I'm enjoying my time at Galaxy FC, we are currently in the race for second place in he league and I'm a first team regular which is something that I wasn't getting at Prohawks".
The fee is lead to be in the region of £7million
Prohawks last game before the transfer window opens ended in a bore draw, which wasn't the ideal score either manager wanted.
"The match was very frustrating" said Flores. "It was important that we got the win, unfortunatly we couldn't do that." Prohawks FC are currently in an intense relegation battle with TG United, Alizee Lyonnais and The Green Army.

TRANSFER NEWS
http://img172.imageshack.us/img172/8134/ruudvan6qe.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
It has been confirmed that Van Nistelrooy will be leaving Prohawks FC for TG United. Understandbly the fans were not happy once they heard the news and voiced their opinions outside the stadium.
"TG United offered good money and it was hard to turn down. Ruud is a quality player but I felt we can use that money to improve other areas of the squad."
NEW ARRIVALS!!!
http://img401.imageshack.us/img401/9867/41402657arfa203mu9.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
The young Frenchman Ben Arfa, is one of many buys by Flores. He is an exciting talent with some pace and skill. Flores believes he will be useful to squad and will be a good back up for Giggs.
http://img140.imageshack.us/img140/845/12089ko5.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Clerc, the young right back is another defender added to the squad. The young startlet who has made a few appearences for his country is glad to be joining Prohawks as he wasn't getting much playing time as he wanted at his previous club.
http://img249.imageshack.us/img249/6160/3191361541026458238jf5.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Play maker Pablo Aimar has been brought in on loan to help boost the clubs midfield. Flores believes the club lacks creativity which is why Prohawks are at the bottom end of the table.
"Going foward we lack the cutting edge but hopfully with Aimar he will improve that and provide good service to our strikers."
http://img140.imageshack.us/img140/3219/1159968347lu1.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
The french CB is the last of the defenders. His versitility is what persuaded Flores to buy him.
"Escude is an excellent defender who an play at CB and LB, I like players who are versitile so they can give us more options."
http://img401.imageshack.us/img401/5259/19906635441999998237urbzf1.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
The highly rated defender Urby Emanuelson is a welcomed addition to the squad to the delight of Flores. Emanuelson is a regular in the dutch squad and is touted to be one of the best in his position. Emanuelson was keen to play in D1 which was one of the main factors in his departure.
"I've always wanted to play in D1 as they are filled with top quality players and when this oppurtunity came, I couldn't resist. Prohawks may be in a difficult situation right now but I believe they can survive in D1, if I didn't believe they could stay in D1 I wouldn't have joined.
http://img254.imageshack.us/img254/2016/anelkanicolasbwfcprofilmp6.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
The pacy striker has been brought in to replace Ruud Van nistelrooy. Flores thinks his pace and the likes of Aimar and Juninho in the team will help Anelka get the goals for the club.
http://img401.imageshack.us/img401/2059/d1c71e3b61321a37i3ev7.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Emerson's experience can not only help Prohawks survive but can also reduce the goals being conceded according to Flores.
http://img254.imageshack.us/img254/2355/untitlednw6.png (http://imageshack.us)
"Faubert is a good little player who can certainly challenge Figo at RMF"
http://img401.imageshack.us/img401/9953/zigicnikolamy1.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
The lanky striker who is the tallest player in world football is another striker bought by Flores. Flores thinks his height will trouble defenders and will be a great asset at set pieces.
"Zigic would fit perfectly in the 4-2-3-1 formation. His height will help us at set pieces, we have the players who can provide quality service which is what he needs.
TURKISH DELIGHT!
http://img201.imageshack.us/img201/6023/4371nurisahinno2.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
Turkish sensation Nuri Sahin has agreed a loan deal with Prohawks. The skilful little midfielder has set many records in world football such as becoming the youngest player to have played and scored in Bundesliga. His most noticeable record was when he became youngest player ever to have played and scored for the Turkish national team.

After 15 games Prohawks are languishing at the bottom of the table. Since the 2nd half of the season Prohawks haven't won a single game and could face the possibility of relegation. This has left fans venting their frustration and calling for the manager to be sacked
"Things are not looking good at the moment" replied Flores. "We are struggling to get three points. We are noW in a situation where every game should be played as a cup final. The fans have every right to be angry but I want to let them know that we are not giving up without a fight"
Prohawks chairman Pape Diouf is rumoured to be unhappy with the teams performance and very critical of Flores abality to run the team.
"Yes the rumours are true" said Diouf. "The team are not performing to the best of their abalities, I want to see improvements in the next match"
http://img124.imageshack.us/img124/629/d1tableuw7yk1.png (http://imageshack.us)
An important 2-1 win over Yossi has given Prohawks hope of survival. A win against TG United and a defeat for Yossi will confirm their survival and Flores believes they have a good chance of staying up.
"I have a lot of confidence in my team and we are more than capable of getting a result against TG United"
This is the first time Ruud Van nistelrooy will come up against his old team since his departure during the winter transfer window but that hasn't fazed Flores.
"There is no doubt Ruud is a top quality striker but i'm more concerned about getting a result."
Loans Galore
http://img362.imageshack.us/img362/4306/giovannidossantosbarcellb4.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
After Prohawks shock relegation to D2, Quique Sanchez Flores has taken huge steps into getting the team back to D1. Flores has brought in a number of loan players to strenghten his squad ahead of the new season. But the name on everybodys lips is the highly rated sensation Giovanni Dos Santos.
When asked about his talents, Flores had nothing but good things to say: "Giovanni is an excellent player who has a bright future ahead him. He has everything you would want from a gifted young player, he's quick, very good dribbler and isn't afraid to take anyone on. The loan will only last half the season, but hopefully we can reach an agreement with Brian to extend it to the end of the season.
http://img352.imageshack.us/img352/3348/42610623fernandes416apgg6.jpg (http://imageshack.us)Fernandes celebrates after scoring a goal
Yesterday Prohawks struck a deal with Galaxy FC to bring Manuel Fernandes (Pictured) and Carlos Vela on a season long loan. "Manuel is a great midfielder who undoubtedly improve the squad, he is a great addition". Manuel was equally delighted when questioned: "Prohawks are a great club with a good tradition. It's a shame they were relegated but i'm here to take them back where they belong, and that is D1.
Other additions to the squad are the hot-headed Craig Bellamy, Kerzhakov, Johan Elmander, youngster Tom De Mul, Luisao, Emre and Luke Young. Flores was happy with his transfers and says there will be no more summer signings: I'm happy with my current squad, it will no doubt be challenging for promotion. I will no longer to making any more signings.
Lehmann Still My Number One
http://img379.imageshack.us/img379/3653/p1arsenalft7.jpg (http://imageshack.us)
The past few weeks have some what been a nightmare for Lehmann. Pre-season hasn't been the best preperation for the keeper as he has made a handful of mistakes and yesterdays friendly(England 1-2 Germany) didn't help his cause. With Fabiański waiting for his chance, there are rumours he maybe dropped for the first game of the season, but Flores was quick to dismiss the rumours.
"Jens hasn't had the best start to the season but I have faith in him and he will be starting this weekend."
The start of the season is nearly upun us and Flores is in good mood and is very confident about his sides chances of promotion.
"My squad is in good shape and I think we're in contention for promotion along with other teams, but I don't want the fans to get ahead of themselves, we'll have to take it one game at a time.
Quique Still In Charge - For Now
http://img70.imageshack.us/img70/9866/462180mediumsquareok0.jpg
This has been a roller coaster season for Quique so far, with Prohawks languishing at the bottom of the table but have soon found themselves in 5th place and four points adrift of second place. He may have resurrected their chances of promotion but Quique has yet to win over the fans. Fans have been protesting and calling for him to be sacked.
They haven't forgetten the day he sold Ruud and haven't forgiven him since, and to make matters worse they are not playing the kind of football the fans want to see. It was rumoured that Pape Diouf was considering showing Quique the door; with Fabio Capello coming to replace him, but Diouf chose to give him more time and it has worked wonders with Prohawks winning 3 games in a row.
"This isn't the season I was hoping for, we have been inconsistant. I can understand the fans' frustrations, but I hope they and the president can be patient and let me do my job. I will do everything in my power to bring the best out of the team"
TRANSFER NEWS
Emerson on his way out?
http://img137.imageshack.us/img137/6631/sgemth49210807203433phoka1.jpg
Emerson hasn't been happy with the lack of football he is getting. The arrivals of Emre and Fernandes have left Emerson warming the bench on numerous occasions. Sources within the club have stated his looking to move on: "Emerson has been unhappy for a while now, he doesn't feel as if he is part of the squad and wants to join another team where he is appreciated". Emerson isn't the only one, Luis Figo has been told he has no future at the club as Quique wants to bring in some young fresh talent.
New Boys Arrive

http://img113.imageshack.us/img113/2319/44795iu6.jpgFabiano celebrating
The first signings in the mid-season transfer window are the talented David Pizarro and Luis Fabiano, With David Beckham and Emerson making way. The Pizarro deal looked to be in jeopardy after Steve Nicol left for Division one, but were still able to sign the midfielder after agreeing a deal with the new manager. At the press conference, Pizarro was happy to have joined a big club: "I'm very pleased to join FC Prohawks, i'm looking forward to working with a world class manager and players such as Anelka and Vieira."
Striker Luis Fabiano is the next addition to the squad. Quique has been in the market for a striker to partner Anelka and it looks like he has found the perfect partner. Fabiano cannot stop scoring at the moment and Quique was keen to bring the two together. "Fabiano is an excellent striker who knows where the goal is, i'm convinced he and Anelka will score many goals"
