For any Metal fans. Machine Heads new album 'Through The Ashes Of Empires' is there best yet. And definitely worth buying (or free on the internet).

well i hadnt heard of dope till bout 2 months ago and they got this album called "group therapy" There kinda rock, but most there songs aint head banging stuff!! GUUD STUFF THOUGH!! :D:D

Mmm, all these albums mentioned have been given 3K's by Kerrang! but I do have to question Kerrang, it's slightly dodgy, it only gave 'Results May Vary' 3 K's, and that's a totally awesome album!

No offence to you guys but what you're calling metal here is not metal. Exhumed are real metal. So are Vader. And possibly Metallica, the old stuff (1983).

Do you guys only listen to this dumb-ass stuff though? I would suggest you open yourselves up to some other stuff. Try Muse, they could be anything if they tried. Or, for alternative thrash/punk/ska (oh yes) try Less Than Jake! One of the greatest ever bands if you ask me!

Old school punk, in fact the only kind of real punk there is, rules. The Clash, Ramones, The Sex Pistols (I hate them) and the Damned are the only real punk bands who have ever lived.

Check out 'Nothing Else Matters' by Metallica. Awesome.

it is a preety guud album but i found tha it neva had too many big hits which really struck out afta "eat you alive"
casue whith most albums e.g linkin park, there main song was some where i belong, but afta you heard tha too much there were other songs which you found which were betta... LOTS OF UM
with "results may very" there was like 3 afta eat you alive... dont get me wrong i think tha it was still a fantastic album but sum of there songs just didnt feel right!!

Anything by Nine Inch Nails, Faith No More and White Zombie beats anything about these days.
The Downward Spiral's probably the best album ever. It's 10 years old and there's no way you'd guess to listen to it.
And Fixed is by far the best EP ever - a must buy at about 7 quid. For those who haven't heard Gave Up, Happiness In Slavery and Wish remixed, it will blow you away.

To me it would have to be The Colour And The Shape by Foo Fighters. Fantastic album, starting with the nice little intro Doll through tracks like Monkey Wrench, My Hero, Everlong (my all time favourite song), Walking After You and ending with New Way Home. Great song to end an album on.

IMO the best album is Aenima by Tool. i never tire of listening to it. In fact it is so good almost everything else seems dull compared to it. Best CD i bought last year was Absolution by Muse. Class :)

That album is WELL old, its ok now but, its what made him big i suppose!!

i dunno why, but people down my area have started listening to it again, just as if its been released again :confused:
