Phat wins here. His awesome attack can score 2/3 goals easily.
Also his midfield looks better than Rafa.
Phat' s team is very good, no bad bits about it IMO. Rafa' s is also good, but I cant see Sorensen keeping out Klose and Fred all night long. So, Phat wins here.

A draw. Closely matched in all departments.
Phat has a better backline, but with Diop and M'Bami helping out Rafa's defence, it evens itself out.
Pennant and Nani would have more joy than Ljungberg and Downing on the wings, despite being up against superior full-backs as, while Zambrotta is excellent, I doubt he'll be able to constantly stop Pennant's flow of crosses, and Nani's quick feet and dribbling can unsettle the Neviller.
Fred and Klose is an excellent duo, however Jan Koller and Ricardo Oliveira is good in it's own right, and both would pose considerable goal threats.

I went for Mike. I think his team has more of a threat than Rafa's team does, and Rafa has a good team out there, but Ive opted for Mike because I like his solid formation and its very balanced.
What positions do I need to improve in?
I think Mike will win this 2-0 as he has established players for every position, especially on the flanks. Klose can steal past Rafa's defence to score, while Maniche is a threat from long range. His defence is quite unbreachable as well, with Vidic and van der Sar on good form. Rafa has a targetman in Koller but I think Stam will come up top in this game. The pace of Nani and Olivera can trouble Phat's backline but not adequately I don't think.

Phats for me, great team indeed.

I agree with this, both Carlos and Neville like to push forward to which can leave both defences equally vulnerable. However I'd say Carlos has more pace to bomb back if he decides to even go forward.
1-1

Initially, I thought Phat would win this comfortably. However, the more I think about it, the less there is between the sides. I think this one will go down as a low scoring draw as, despite both attacks looking good, both defences are equally impressive.
1-1 draw for me.
