Reasons behind the OF
Well I reckon one of the reasons why FIFA sells, is because of the amount of teams on it, and in this country, it applies to the English teams. It's nice to be able to play with your own team on that, sign new players, and have a laugh. However, a lot happens in the football season, which means a lot of updates, which is not something you can do on FIFA very easily. Also, FIFA's graphics and game play let it down, but people are still glad to play with their favorite team.
Pro Evolution Soccer is the best football game by far because of it's amazing game play, graphics, realism and the editing part of the game. But not being able to play with your own team puts people off, as well as lack of licenses and less club teams than FIFA 2007. But at least we are given the chance to change the game in almost any way we want. This is what my OF is about. My OF is FIFA 2007, but in Pro Evolution Soccer style. You can now play with your favorite team with more realism, and even update them easily.
I knew like me, lots wanted an OF like this, so I thought, I'll give it a go. However, this OF would take so much work, time and patience so I had to be very committed to it. I knew this would make lots of PES gamers happy, and not a lot of people like to play with French, German, or Dutch teams anyway.
So when you finally get the OF, please enjoy.

Words cannot describe how much I like this patch. I relish the prospect of taking Torquay from League 2 to the Premier League. Titch, I have a suggestion. It would be great if you could replace all the weak Italian/Spanish teams with the top teams from other Europeanleagues. European Competition will be more balanced and it would be more fun. You have a classic here, hope you can build on it. I'm downloading your patch now. Many thanks for sharing it with us.

How can Rasiak, second top scorer in the championship, be pretty shit? Why do goalkeepers start up front for some teams!? And Bale, rumoured to be worth up to £10 million to the right club in bid terms - he's a special player, and better than most left backs in the country already. Free kicks are already notoriously good. I like you, you seem to be one of the scum that I can begrudgingly "like". First off I must admit I haven't looked at the file yet. However you've got a bit over the top there, Rasiak isn't that good, he's in what you call "a purple patch" a bit like Kanu if you will. Bale is overrated, just because he bangs in a few Free Kicks and looks half good, he has half the Premiership looking after him doesn't make him amazing. You've also got to remember he's about 12, and playing with the scum. ;)

First, ta, Titch - it wasn't meant to be an attack, I hope you realise! I can see a lot of work is already in it, it just needs some refinement before it's excellent! I do think over-all the structure and so on, logos, most kits seem pretty good. I actually think you can do slightly better Saints kits, but meh.

As for you, captain cabinet, you seem to be reasonably sensible and non-retarded, likewise, considering your "father was your brother", etc. :) I'm glad you can see that Kanu is just over-achieving right now..

Rasiak is in a purple patch, possibly, but then, he's performed in the fizzy pop before. At this level he is a good goalscorer, and for lesser premiership teams he'd do a job too IMO. As for Bale, you know he's decent if you've seen him. Not perfect, defensively, but attacking, he's very good already. Oh, and his free kicks? Admittedly it's fizzy pop, but you just know teams feel about them the way they once did about Beckhams - if he's in range, he's a real goal threat every time. Most pundits agree that if anything, he's more consistently pinpointing his kicks than Beckham was, and has as much swerve etc... He's the real deal. And if he's 12 now, then.. well. Potential needs to be matched, not had, but if he does he'll be a great player.

I appreciate it's quite hard to make championship teams worse than premiership teams, whilst keeping fans of these teams happy! The fact of the matter is that individual teams are *almost* as good as premiership ones, but not quite! Some players in the championship are as good as or better than most in the premiership and should be statted as such - Nugent, McSheffrey, Bale etc - whilst others are good enough to have premiership stats for the average player - ie Skacel, Quashie, Healy etc.. if you get me. So I think that the better Championship sides should be almost as good or slightly better than the worst premiership sides, with a few stand out players and so on - and some should have special abilities - for example, Rasiaks body balance should only be in its 70's, as he's not that strong for a man of his size - however, he should, IMO, get a star for his scoring ability - like it or not, 16 goals so far says hes a natural goalscorer.

The above is the way I'd treat editing it, but I appreciate its hard unless its your own side. The temptation is to just lower all stats, but if you think about it, many players in lower divisions are very quick, many are much quicker than some premiership players - again, Bale has good pace, Bradley Wright Philips has pace, by any standards. Idiakez is good on dead balls by any standards. Lundekvams defence stats should be high, as proved in most of his career, as should his teamwork, mentality, heading etc - but not so much his pace, attack (very low!), long passing and so on.

It's a hard one, no doubt about it.

I was able to play Man U vs Roy Keane's Sunderland, Notts Forest, Lincoln, Peterborough, Southend, Crewe etc, this is a really great of. I played this for at least 3 hours none stop. Definatly recommend to all
Few of the formations from the lower leagues could do with some tinkering, few of the apperences for top players SAHA, RIO FERDINAND, DROGBA, RONALDO etc could be done, but nothing you cant do yourself.
1 Request though, a boot kit, all boots are as standard, could do with a update with nike, puma, adidas etc.

This is a quality OF but you need to transfer Gregan from Leeds to Oldham, and I think you need to make Chris Taylor, Chris Porter and Richie Wellens lot better. This is brilliant though

It's a type of file, a CD image file to be exact, CD Burning sofwares use this to create a CD. The .CUE file contains the track layout information, while the .BIN file holds the actual data.

Titch, this is certainly the most playable OF. Recently I have downloaded the 150++ stadium. It really complemented your patch especially for the Championship and Premier League Teams. In regard to your update, would it be possible for you to overwrite all the Weak teams in your current Italian and Spanish League. It is just not right if your OF does not have Bayern Munich, Ajax, Lyon and other top teams in Europe. This is the only downside of this OF. No offence intended.

Have you ever thought of creating HARCHESTER UNITED from skyone Dream Team show. I know there are alot of DREAM TEAM fans out there and i have heard abit of chatter in forums of a of being made with HARCHESTER UNITED on it, i think it would be an amazing addition to your already awesome OF, people wouldnt be able to get enough.

Can I disagree with nick_yeomans? I think adding Harchester would be a poor addition to what is otherwise shaping up to be a comprehensive, realistic OF. Using a space up for a fictional team would be daft, and also, OF's are for a lot of teams - if you want just one team added, I'm sure you can manage that.

Titch, you can add more challenge to this fantastic patch especially under Master League especially for seasoned players. I'm sure many experienced players would like to start off in League 2 and then work their way right up to the Premier League. However this is not the ultimate prize. The ultimate prize is to win the Champion League with a League 2 club. To make it even more exciting, would it not be great if we can fill up the other 3 division with foreign teams other than those from the Spanish and Italian sides. It will definitely make the competition harder. Just a suggestion, no offence mate.

Will there be an update for this then? I've done most of the transfers myself, but some players, for example Rocha and Cavalli aren't in the game, and can't be added.

This is not a patch.
This is an Option File.
You can get the Option File for PS2 by using MaxDrive or Xport.
Xport Option File format is XPS while MaxDrive Option File is MAX

Using PS3 compatible file:

1. Place .psv file in folder "ROOT:\PS3\EXPORT\PSV\filename .psv"
2. On PS3 menu, go to Game then Memory Card Utility (PS/PS2)
3. Select your device and the Option File
4. Copy the Option File to an internal memory card
5. Set the internal memory card to Slot 1 and it will load at start-up of WE 2007

But I don't know how to convert it to .PSVformat.

It is possible, but only if the sponsors are text, because you could do the both of them, but on the home kit you could change the sponsor colour to the same as the kit, and vice-versa.

I bet people are titch, I know a lot of people think this sorta file is the future :D what kinda help do you need, I know you were saying the conference is the next stage you want to do, I wonder if theres a chance of getting rid of all the players from foreign nations, then when you start a master league the other smaller teams wont be buying the quality from abroad?

like league 2 could be league D in the master league, no chance of promotion to C B or A but u'd play them in the cup...best home of getting something close to domestic football.....:S

Yes mate with bin/cue. Burn it using nero or alcohol as an image to a CD and boot it in your PS2. Easy job.

Ahhhhh Dude, Pategato And Goalgerd Eat Ya Hearts Out! What A Option File This Is!!!, Ive Just Had A Detailed Browse Through Your (Betta) And Where you Are Up To In Terms Of The Editing. There Is Still Quite Alot Of Work To Do (Witch We All Expected Before Hand As Its Only A (Betta)).

If I Could Make Just A Few Suggestions For Your (proper Version), It Would Be Too Try And Get All The Players Wearing The Correct Boots. Also Players That Are Not Registered To A Club, Could Do With Replacing With Either Youth Or Not In Game Players And Finally To Update A Few Apps Wich Im Sure You Will Do In The End Anyhow Lol.

I Am Really Excited For The Proper Version Im Almost Wetting Myself In Anticipation Lol.

PS: And Guys Lay Off Titch Abit Dudes, Dont Rush Him Because A Rushed Option File Is Not Worth Downloading AT ALL!!!!!

Hey Titch,

Thanks for the update! I'm having real problems with this though - I've got it all onto my PS2 and working correctly and installed using the MaxDrive. However, when I start Master League, I chose Stevenage Borough (my hometown team!). Put myself in the league with 8 other teams as per usual, then put all of the Premier League teams in the division above and filled the other divisions up with the other teams. Straight away I thought...hmmm...this isn't right as when I get promoted with Stevenage, I'll be in the Prem straight away with Man United, Chelsea etc.! I won't even get to play Luton, Swindon, Peterborough etc.!

Am I doing this right? So, I filled all the leagues up with the teams, went ahead anyway and it said some of the players couldn't be loaded. It then immediately said "Game Over" and all I could do was to return to the main game screen!

Am I doing this right mate? It seems all messed up because you can't enter more than 8 teams into Division Two and then if you get promoted, you go straight to playing the Prem teams - if you don't do it that way, you'd never see Chelsea etc. on the game (unless you played them in what the game thinks is Europe).

So I thought maybe you're supposed to play this in the League mode and not Master League, but then you can only enter up to 20 teams and you cant buy any players like in Master League, i.e. you're stuck with the players you already have.

Am I correct with all of this or being completely stupid (apologies if so!)?

I want to be able to start in a bottom League of say 20 teams with Stevenage and try to work my way through like 4 Leagues until I get to the Premier League and the elite teams. Also would like to be able to buy players - is this possible?

How is this game intended to be set up mate?

LOL No probs, BTW you could ask Goalgerd to help out on the boots (ITS HIS SPECIALITY!!). He helped me with my OF to create the boots on mine and assign them to most players!.

If he says no, Well hey if ya dont ask!, ya dont get! lol

Oh yer and to further on my comment i made earlier. I have atchually wet myself now! :(, (I just cant wait for the proper version to come out :D)

There's absolutely no way of doing that I'm afraid, the most divisions is just two, and that's for only one league.
Also it's not a good time to be testing the non league teams yet, as hardly any are done, Stevenage being one of them.
The reason that it was game over was because I think they only have one player in lol, as I haven't got round to putting them in yet.
But someone has done them, I just need to put them in.
If you can provide and pics of the kits that would be a real help, and any other non league teams you might find, as I'm having difficulties with non league teams.
