The Real Madrid president announced that he's looking forward to buying a new player to add to his superstar offensive, and describes the player he chooses to lure as 'the best player in the world'
I'm thinking it's probably Rivaldo. Got out of AC Milan, had talks with Ronaldo who persuaded him to join the club. I dunno bout you but signs points to Rivaldo. So who do you think it is?
it might also be vieri who is not really happy with inter and real could use a heavy striker, but it's more likely rivaldo
i also think he means the best at his position because the best player(s) in the world play already for real, zidane and ronaldo

I don't know here did you get that information but i don't think he is going to buy a offensive player....I know Carlos Queiros and i think he doesn't need a ofensive player(Beckham, Ronaldo, Raul, Zidane and FIGO)...He does need the best player in the world but defensive.....He is going to buy NESTA or another defensive that good....My opinion :D

Gary is cool - he's mates with Becks and they play well together and he's the record appearances player for the Champion's League or something isn't he? :)
Maybe its Schevchenko, Perez already tried to buy him once. He offered 80 € 2 seasons ago, AC milan refused, after that Perez baught Ronaldo. However I dont think AC milan will release Schevchenko. So when its not Schevchenko I must totally agree with Zygalski, i think Perez will by Gary Neville!! :);)

Erm I thought the record was Maldini for CL appearances, but I agree I think Neville is good player, so many ppl don’t like him, which annoys me.:mad:
Vieri would be a very good signing for Real, as wouls Shevchenko I think it will be an offensive player they sign. although they need a defensive player their president has a policy of not signing defensive players.

Yes, but I dont think AC milan will ever release Shev. because he is extremly important for AC. Without Shev. they dont have any decent forward. inzaghi is the worst/most overrated player I have ever seen, and Tomasson is good but not good enough. And where would you find a better offensive player then Shev.?
And maybe the mystery player is just Ayala? Maybe Valencia will release him in january?
Its probably Henry! It'll be nice to see him go!

Here in France, everybody says it!We watch all France games he's a decisive player, he always scores or assists!In Arsenal he's also, just look at 4-1 Milan!The commentators, Italian and English, both said that he's the best SC in the world!
He's got almost evey thing:
-WC 1998
-Euro 2000
-Best player of England
-Only 25 years old
And i'm sure Arsenal would like the money!And i'm not sure, but there has been a leak saying it's him.

Maybe Nistelrooy, but he's isn't spectaculor enough.
And if you check the lineup, there isn't any non-latinos players,exept Beckham(and McManaman, but he does'nt play)

-Figo:Portuguese
-Ronaldo,Solari and more:South american
Lations players have the sense of the "show",Beckham also does(sexy beast, lol), so Ruud and his brutal Deustch caracter would break the team!At least that's what i think.

Why:
Figo as 30 or 31(correct me if i'm wrong)
Zidane 30 or 31("")
Beckham, just accquired him
Ronaldo...well..he would like to return to Inter, but his not going to get that money, that they are paying him in Real
Raul.....well he is the player made in Real Madrid schools.

My opinion, is that if they are going to buy a offensive player, is Henry or Totti....Henry to substitue Ronaldo, and Totti to Zidane.

your English is good. Anyway i think they will move for an offensive player. why?? in another year Figo and dare i say it Zidane might not be as fit as they use to be. Beckham does'nt exactly run at people does he?? My guesses are Totti,Ballack or Fernado Torres. I can't see Henry going as he is extremely loyal to the Arse. They also need a spped demon to tear down the right wing as their midfield isn't exactly pacy. They also need a world class centre back.

Zidane??? I still believe that he can play until is 40's. But Florentino Perez, has the choice.

Figo play's in the left, Beckham on the right...they switch in the game, and has had fruits(portuguese expression, sorry). It means, it has worked so far.......
Beckham is playing well on my view(I'm not blind :D).....I can dare only this, if not a subsitue to zidane or ronaldo, only Figo is going to be put a side....Is playing on the left, and Queiros like's him a lot(they know it's other for a long time)....Florentino Perez might want a REAL LEFT WINGER.....Giggs???? the best player on the wing, for me...Is very good in the field....Player, Captain and the real Man Utd Boss on the field....Disagree????

Hmmm...Rui Costa? Better than both in my personal opinion, (when fit and on top form).
Maybe Van der Vaart,
He is young, he can score and create goals.
Possibly the best young player in the world and they may need him in a few seasons to replace Figo or Zidane when they retire.
