He's a talented striker, mate. I could be wrong, but I believe he outscored Adriano, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Obafemi Martins for Inter Milan last season, and he's a regular goalscorer in the Champions League.

I can understand you deciding to sell him when you have Craig Bellamy and Pippo Inzaghi in your first team, but try to make sure you get a good fee for him ;)

DAV FC have been at work looking for a new boss and they did so today by bringing in Newcastle United legend Alan Shearer the news came through today when the press seen Shearer walking into the Dav FC ground.

http://img387.imageshack.us/img387/9595/2494938eo6.th.jpg (http://img387.imageshack.us/my.php?image=2494938eo6.jpg)

Shearer made it public later that day by coming out to meet the press and he had this to say.

"i'am very happy to be able to start my Manager career i hope to be able to turn around there season and get them a mid table finish and then we can work from there"

Well he did not wait about in bringing in new players he signed Ron Vlaar

http://img19.imageshack.us/img19/4250/vlaarronqz0.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

from Merseyside USA the young Defender has not played much at all this season one reason is he is out favoured at the club but also Vlaar broke a bone in his foot in August and the problem has taken longer to rectify than initially thought.

A scan taken during the week confirmed the fracture had still not healed and doctors have informed the player he will need at least another four weeks on the sidelines.

the player is believed to have cost around $3 million some say this could be a bad move but Shearer insist when Ron gets back to he ways and fully fit he will be the man for the job.

LIFE AT THE BOTTOM
IS NO WALK IN THE PARK

those where the words from DAV FC manager shearer. life a the bottom is no walk in the park this being my first season i do not know much about any other team so it is like being is a diffrent country where no one speaks your lingo. as it is we lie just one place of the bottom and have failed to win more then one this season,

http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/6664/d2tableor8pw3.png (http://imageshack.us)

so we lie second bottom by one point that is not what i wanted when i started out my task so now all i can hope for is that i can bring in a few more new faces to the team and set our sights on a mid table place i think that is all we can hope for, it is a sorry thing to say as we have some very good lads in that team who have worked there socks off all season and dont need this. well as you can see i have brought in some players in Giggs,Huth,Johnson, just a few Giggs to play in the Midfeild and Huth and Johnson are just some players to fill in the defence. so all we can do is wait till the 2nd march and see what we can come up with thanks that is all.

The next game be our destiny

We caught up with Alan Shearer just before he went into a charity auction with Owen to see what he thought of his team bid for survival.

The next will be our destiny

Those where the words from the manager of Dav FC the next game will either be the making or breaking of us this season I think, we sit in second bottom on 8 points and our next fixture rafa are sitting in 4th bottom on 9 so if we can pick up a win we could be on our way to safety. I would say we have the players and fans to help us do this task we want to be playing in div 2 next season and don’t want the heart break of having to play in div 3. Yes we have a take on our hands but do I think we can make it? Yes of course I do I have faith in the fans and our players on the pitch to do the job.
