LiamX's WE 10 OF Version 1.1 - Summer 2007 Transfers (09/09/07)

External Credits

Whistle - used his 06-07 Club Teams OF as base
Erne & dragonskin - a good majority of club emblems were inserted from their respective OFs
PLF, delperio & Red_Phoenix - selected players' stats and appearances were updated using the information posted by these experts on their individual forum threads
Gaza7, Tez, TVI & Jonesy - Stats for created players from the 3 promoted EPL teams were based off their excellent Neoseeker PES6 OF v3.6

Notes:
- OF is for the Japanese version of World Soccer Winning Eleven 10, released in late April 2006
- transfers updated using data from http://goal.com and http://soccernet.com
- some missing transfers due to players not existing in current game database
- some players created and updated where possible using data from WE 9

Features:
- summer transfers as of 09/09/07 (free agent signings + released players)
- select national teams with updated rosters
- select club teams with updated 07-08 kits
- select club teams with updated formation and jersey numbers
- select players with updated appearances and accessories
- Promoted EPL club teams (Birmingham, Derby & Sunderland) and Juventus (found under 'Other Teams A' in-game) included. NO other 07-08 promoted teams are present

Disclaimer:
All new transfers, kits, formations, stats and appearances aren't perfect in any way; please view this OF as a distraction to make the wait for PES 2008 more bearable instead :lol:

Is there a way to get this for the WE PES 2007 PC version of the game?
Because the PES6 PC OF jus't don't seem to work for it, they scramble all the players faces.

I second that, PC users really need an option file! I've tried but I really don't know much about all of the Leagues.

Edited some classic players for Beta 0.5, but I'm not really familiar with all of them.

I dont know why did you put this thing on??
How can i turn off players form?? They all have the same forms, red or blue (red up-arrow next to player name). How can i turn it off, every player can score a goal from 30m distance.

Mate, don't you know you can select form arrows during the pre-match option screen? I'll outline the steps for you:

1) At the pre-match option screen (where you get to set stuff like match duration, difficulty stars, etc), press R1 once to bring up a second set of options

2) Do you see two rows of form arrows near the bottom, represented by the "?, red, yellow, green, blue, gray" arrows?

3) The upper row lets you set the form for the Home team, whereas the lower row lets you set the form for the Away team. Let me know if you still run into trouble.
