Defensive from wing attacks

When faced with an attack from the wing, your wing/full-backs are responsible for winning the ball. However, don't try this manually; instead, you should control one of your centre-backs and press the square button to force your fullbacks to automatically go after the attacker. If the attack manages to beat your fullback and cross the ball, you will be able to defend the cross easily and quickly with the defender under your control.

However, make sure that it is your fullback defending the wing and not the centreback!

This is a great method to use when getting attacked down the wing. It's the only time I use the square button to close people down, it seems to really split my defence if I use it to defend a frontal attack.

I agree this is useful..

But I'm not sure it can be used this way in a multi-player match, 2v2 or 3v3 as the player doing the pressing won't be selectable to control by another player (or yourself).
