Does anybody know how to unlock euro elite and world elite on pro ev 3. i have won all competetions and they still have not appeared

I have heard some rumours but i don't think they are on the game, those extra spaces are just there because there are less national teams than club teams.

The only thing i havent done yet is complete challenge mode so i think that may be how to unlock them.
