As said at the end of last season, prize money has been cut severely, so don't expect to be getting a fortune to spend if you've finished in the bottom half of the table and were eliminated from the cups before the latter stages.

Prize money is earnt by the position you finished in the table, winning a cup, finishing runner up in a cup competition, manager of the month awards and manager of the year awards.

It's up to you how you want to spend your money, but remember there will also be a mid-season window, so you might want to leave yourselves with some cash for that.

At the end of the transfer window, you must make sure you're not in debt and have a positive balance, or at least neutral (0m).
