Firstly, apologies for the fact that at first glance it looks like a mess. I had lots of information to deal with and that was before deciding to completely split out the positions in the fashion that I have to allow managers to more easily filter players via position without having to consider what other positions a player may be able to play in which was diluting results in the previous format.
There are very slight rounding differences between the two files but nothing I've noticed that is particularly concerning. I've had to leave all data open to editing as I don't believe it possible to allow both generic sorting and auto-filtering on protected cells. If any conspiracy theorists think the files in this post have been changed, feel free to get them directly from me via PM - or learn to trust people.
Considering the amount of data I've entered and the fact I did some of it without looking, there is a chance that there are some errors so if you feel any exist, please post them in an orderly fashion in this thread and I'll update the files as quickly as possible.
Average ratings in Italian newspapers work differently to Football Manager. Where the standard rating in FM is 6, in Italian newspapers it is 5. Having looked at the ratings for various players over the season, if you want to read it the way you would in FM, add 1 to the average rating. Del Piero in Serie B for example, has an average media rating in the spreadsheet of 6.39 which in FM terms would be 7.39. Italian newspapers also mark in increments of 0.5 whereas FM does so in increments of 1 so don't be alarmed to find a player made one appearance in the Coppa Italia and got an average rating of 5.50.
A quick explanation of some of the columns:
On represents the number of times (out of the total number of appearances) that the player came on as a substitute.
Off represents the number of times (out of the total number of appearances) the player was substituted.
Gl/Min shows the average number of minutes it took for an outfield player to score or a goalkeeper to concede.
I hope enough members find this information useful.
The club(s) promoted alongside Juventus from Serie B tomorrow afternoon will be added during the week
