Should I play Gonzalo R. instead of Pepe?
What about the midfield trio?
Navas and Malouda?

Del Piero
A solid looking team, Saviola doesn't fit for me though, I feel a more powerful striker would be an advantage, someone to hold up the ball. Saviola is a good player and I'm sure he'd bag a few goals, but I don't think he'd be as effective as some aerial presence.
Lennon isn't the same class as the rest of your midfield, Pirlo, De Rossi and Rosicky are very good though. With those three you could always play a three man midfield with wingers.

Should I play Gonzalo R. instead of Pepe?
I wouldn't favour either over the other particularly, so I'd give me concern to what other managers feel.
What about the midfield trio?
Appiah and Xavi are very good, Sissoko is good but not quite as good, but he is younger so he has time to learn. It looks like it could work.
Navas and Malouda?
Youthful, direct and dangerous I'm sure you'll get votes from them especially if Malouda's proposed move turns out well.

Toldo; Gonzalo, Grosso, Cicinho, Maldini; A. Diarra, Zapater, A. Diaby, Alex; Kuijt.
Thanks for the comments Original?. I figured a Sissoko next to Appiah would give enough defensive stability, does it? Xavi infront seems to allow for good distribution from the back to the wings and forwards who are all creative in their own rights as well.
Oh, and what do you think of the formation? I recall you saying something about not liking it when I was using Barry´s team.

Del:
I prefer SWP to Lennon, and it would be nice to see Rosicky in the middle, but that would be difficult for your team. Defence is good. Maybe Martins instead of Saviola? Martins is stronger and faster, but Saviola is a better finisher.
HP:
Should I play Gonzalo R. instead of Pepe?
- They're as good as each other from the little I've seen of them.
What about the midfield trio?
- Solid. Momo and Appiah will provide good support for the defence, and Xavi will support the attackers, by using his passing abilities and vision to start quick attacks.
Navas and Malouda?
- Both are good wingers and (I think) have enough energy to go up and down the wings to help out both attack and defence.

I think it works with these players, though I might play Sissoko as a lone DM, and Appiah as a CM as he is a powerful runner that can hurt defences and still get back to defend, play him alongside Xavi.
The front four are pretty devastating, as you said they can all create something from nothing. You also have quality on the bench, though I believe this to be your strongest side.

I just had a look at your full squad, HP, and I prefer this:
------------------------Gomes------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------
--------------Carragher---------Woodgate-------------
Cicinho-----------------------------------------Grosso
------------------------------------------------------
-----------------Apphia-------------------------------
-------------------------------Xavi-------------------
---Navas---------------------------------------------
--------------------------------------------Malouda---
----------------Ronaldinho-----------------------------
-----------------------------Eto'o----------------------
I know Cicinho hasn't had the best of seasons but could still do a job. Defending is his weakness, which ain't a good thing for a RB. Maybe you could get a better RB.

Mmm, I was toying with a formation like that, but I simply like the idea of a more attack minded team. My b-team formation is, however, a 4-3-3 using Cicinho and Grosso in the backline.

It's a very good side that could be lethal on the counter attack. Loads of pace. Wright-Phillips is the more talented and complete player, so I would stick him on the right wing, but Aaron Lennon's raw pace and acceleration would allow him to skin a lot of full backs (though SWP is capable of such too, but not quite to the same extent), so best to make a decision on them based on the opposition.
I would like to see you try this team out...
-------------------------------Isaksson-----------------------------
---------------------------------------------------------------------
-----Maicon---------Cordoba-----------Van Butyen------M.Jansen----
---------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------J.Zanetti------------------------------
-----------------------Pirlo--------------De Rossi--------------------
---------------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------Rosicky-----------------
----------------------Kaka------------------------------------------
-------------------------------Saviola-------------------------------
I don't think i've presented that too well. It would be a modified 4-3-3 with Kaka in a more central position. Maicon and Marcell Jansen are good athletes, so could provide good width, and Rosicky is situated closely enough to provide another option on the left side.
Should I play Gonzalo R. instead of Pepe?
Not really much to choose between them. Gonzalo probably has a very slight edge (in terms of benefiting the team) due to being based in Spain.
What about the midfield trio?
Very solid, with good creativity from Xavi.
Navas and Malouda?
I'm a fan of both players, but particularly Jesus Navas. They have different attributes, but both offer a lot to the team.
