thanks for the comments Yoss. Cocu is definately first choice over Simons. And Campbell is valued over Ujfalusi...I just have so many CBs, someone take one!

Possibly. If you're keeping that formation, try Odonkor at RB.

I don't like the lack of width. Ferreira won't provide sufficient support on the right (see previous point). Try 4-4-2, with Simao on the left and Ondonkor on the right (so Ferreira will stay at RB). Ballack and Hargreaves as CMs, and Totti and Adriano upfront.

Either someone fast (e.g. Martins), or someone creative (e.g. Berbatov).

Well it's a bit better than the curent one I reckon. You could also try what Dragonfly said, I was considering saying something like that, but I don't think Odonkor is anything special. Sign a decent winger and play a 4-2-3-1 , Ballack and Hargreaves in the middle, Simao on one wing, then Totti behind Adriano.

I myself would drop Hargreaves for Cocu so he plays together with Simons, what a great midfield pair that was.

Campbell instead of Ujfalusi

Campbell for Ujfalusi, Cocu for Simons and Simao for Soldado, but slotted alongside Totti.

-Adriano & Soldado partnership?

It's alright, but could be much improved upon. For now, I would say your best option is the 3 man attack, with Simao and Totti supporting Adriano.

-What forward should I trade Simao for if I chose to do so?

Someone quite pacey would be good, but most of all a good finisher, to make up for Adriano's inconsistency.

Ujfalusi is a good defender, but he can also play right back, and would be more solid than Ferriera. The only trouble with Campbell and thuram is neither are the quickest anymore, so fast players like Martins and Saviola would cause them problems.
