Is Nuri Sahin good enough to be a consistent starter in D1?
Is Stelios good enough to fill the RM void?

Should Zapata be playing in central defence, or is this my best pairing?
No, that is your best pairing.
Is Nuri Sahin good enough to be a consistent starter in D1?
Yes. He has a lot of talent.
Is Stelios good enough to fill the RM void?
Not really, no.
Brocchi & Pizarro or Brocchi & Ambrosini or Pizarro & Ambrosini in the centre midfield starting line-up?
Pizarro and Ambrosini.
Grygera a stronger right back than Cassetti, defensively at least?
Haven't seen much of Grygera or Cassetti this season, so I can't comment.
Crespo a better goal threat than Tommaso Rocchi?
Definitely.
Further comments and advice? I have one spot left in my team would another CB be the best area to use that spot?
Yes. I think thats your weakest area.

Joel:
Should Zapata be playing in central defence, or is this my best pairing?
- Best pairing at the moment.
Is Nuri Sahin good enough to be a consistent starter in D1?
- From what I've seen, he's an excellent player, but he hasn't played at the top level, so you may be throwing him in the deep end if he starts in D1.
Is Stelios good enough to fill the RM void?
- No. Maybe Malbranque.
Original?:
Brocchi & Pizarro or Brocchi & Ambrosini or Pizarro & Ambrosini in the centre midfield starting line-up?
- That's a toughy. Maybe Brocchi & Ambrosini for the toughest matches, Brocchi & Pizarro for the even matches, and Pizarro & Ambrosini against the weaker teams where you can afford to attack without too much worry.
Grygera a stronger right back than Cassetti, defensively at least?
- He's probably a better defender, but Cassetti is better going forward. Again, it depends on the strengths of your opponents.
Crespo a better goal threat than Tommaso Rocchi?
- I would say yes. Crespo is still deadly.
Further comments and advice? I have one spot left in my team would another CB be the best area to use that spot?
- You know your main weakness is the lack of "known" defenders, so I would say get a known defender (but I only say that as a neutral, as a rival I say get a defender called Carl Fallow).

Joel:
Should Zapata be playing in central defence, or is this my best pairing?
I would say it's your best pairing.
Is Nuri Sahin good enough to be a consistent starter in D1?
Possibly. He is a very talented midfielder who has a bright future ahead of him. He could get you some votes.
Is Stelios good enough to fill the RM void?
- No.
Original?:
Brocchi & Pizarro or Brocchi & Ambrosini or Pizarro & Ambrosini in the centre midfield starting line-up?
- For overall balance Pizarro and Ambrosini.
Grygera a stronger right back than Cassetti, defensively at least?
- Defensively yeah. Both RBs are decent, but I'd probably pick Cassetti ahead.
Crespo a better goal threat than Tommaso Rocchi?
- Yes
Further comments and advice? I have one spot left in my team would another CB be the best area to use that spot?
- Yeah I think another defender would be ideal. You seem to be well covered in other areas of the pitch.

Should Zapata be playing in central defence, or is this my best pairing?
No, Samuel and Marquez is your best defensive duo, but Zapata provides good competition.
Is Nuri Sahin good enough to be a consistent starter in D1?
I believe so. Terrific talent, but then the same can be said of Lassana Diarra.
Is Stelios good enough to fill the RM void?
No, that's an area that needs strengthening, but he's good enough as second choice.
- Brocchi & Pizarro or Brocchi & Ambrosini or Pizarro & Ambrosini in the centre midfield starting line-up?
David Pizarro and Ambrosini. If you're looking to really tighten up the midfield, Ambrosini and Brocchi would obviously do that, but in all other cases, i'd favour Pizarro, with his passing ability and shooting power being good assets to the team.
- Grygera a stronger right back than Cassetti, defensively at least?
I'd say so.
- Crespo a better goal threat than Tommaso Rocchi?
Yep, but both are quality.
- Further comments and advice? I have one spot left in my team would another CB be the best area to use that spot?
Definitely. Greatly improved squad, but the centre backs don't stand out as being particularly strong - that's more down to me not knowing them well, but it seems that the same can be said for most managers. At least they play together for Fiorentina, so should have a good understanding, but you should be able to improve that area.

Should Zapata be playing in central defence, or is this my best pairing?
I think its your best pair now.
Is Nuri Sahin good enough to be a consistent starter in D1?
Maybe, I'm not sure. Maybe someone else can help.
Is Stelios good enough to fill the RM void?
No. I dont think so.
O?
- Brocchi & Pizarro or Brocchi & Ambrosini or Pizarro & Ambrosini in the centre midfield starting line-up?
You could see Brocchi and Ambro. becuase of milan. Pizarro and Ambro. I think make a better pairing because of the talents, but they all can work.
- Grygera a stronger right back than Cassetti, defensively at least?
Tough one. Grygera defensively for sure.
- Crespo a better goal threat than Tommaso Rocchi?
Yes.
- Further comments and advice? I have one spot left in my team would another CB be the best area to use that spot?
I think the two CB you have now are good, but only some people know there talents. So another CB should be a good idea.

Joel:
Should Zapata be playing in central defence, or is this my best pairing?
Best pairing. Solid.
Is Nuri Sahin good enough to be a consistent starter in D1?
First-choice starter? Hmmm... in a way, yes, but the position wouldn't be the strongest could easily be replaced with a good midfielder signed; but to have him in you're squad is great. He's an amazing assett and a good squad player.
Is Stelios good enough to fill the RM void?
First-choice in Div.1? Nope. Good, versatile squad player though.
Original?:
- Brocchi & Pizarro or Brocchi & Ambrosini or Pizarro & Ambrosini in the centre midfield starting line-up?
Pizzaro and Ambrosini, definately Pizzaro needs to be in there to add a bit more flair as Ambrosini and Brochhi seem very similar, but effective.
- Grygera a stronger right back than Cassetti, defensively at least?
I'd say, yeah.
- Crespo a better goal threat than Tommaso Rocchi?
Definately, and more likely to win votes.
- Further comments and advice? I have one spot left in my team would another CB be the best area to use that spot?
Yeah, looks about right. It's good that you've got a versatile squad though, it's no crisis. Just please not another Serie A nobody, capische? :ninja:

I don't think Crespo is as miles ahead of Rocchi as people seem to make out, but I suppose you're thoughts are what counts. Rocchi isn't perhaps as good a finisher but on the ball he's strong, and quick and is just as good in the air. He can of course still finish very well.
Haha... hardly nobodies in the Serie A! Just over here... :shocking:
Thanks for all the comments guys, but Preki don't jinx me yet.

Should Zapata be playing in central defence, or is this my best pairing?
Probably your best pairing as both are vastly more experienced at present.
Is Nuri Sahin good enough to be a consistent starter in D1?
I'd say no but that's probably just me.
Is Stelios good enough to fill the RM void?
Original?
Brocchi & Pizarro or Brocchi & Ambrosini or Pizarro & Ambrosini in the centre midfield starting line-up?
If you put a gun to my head I'd say Pizarro/Ambrosini, just ahead of Brocchi/Ambrosini.
Grygera a stronger right back than Cassetti, defensively at least?
Hmmmm.
Crespo a better goal threat than Tommaso Rocchi
Goal threat only - yes.
Further comments and advice? I have one spot left in my team would another CB be the best area to use that spot?
Considering how anonymous your central defenders appear to be to the general voting public on here, unfortunately yes. Probably someone who can play as a defensive midfielder as well as in central defence.

Should Zapata be playing in central defence, or is this my best pairing?
Definitely stick with the two you've chosen in this match. Zapata is good, but not as gooder vote winner as Samuel or Marquez.
Is Nuri Sahin good enough to be a consistent starter in D1?
Probably not. While I won't dispute his talent, he hasn't really made it big yet in my eyes. Against D1 defences he could struggle to win you votes.
Is Stelios good enough to fill the RM void?
Nope. As some have said, decent squad player but nowhere near starting XI quality for D1.
---
- Brocchi & Pizarro or Brocchi & Ambrosini or Pizarro & Ambrosini in the centre midfield starting line-up?
Definitely Pizarro and Ambrosini. For the tougher matches you may want to play Ambrosini and Brocchi, but for the most part, I'd go with Pizarro. You should have too much for most teams in D3 anyway so Brocchi shouldn't be needed too much.
- Grygera a stronger right back than Cassetti, defensively at least?
Yes. I really like Grygera so I'd be quite happy to see him start constantly ahead of Cassetti. I know little about the Italian though, so go with the majority on that one.
- Crespo a better goal threat than Tommaso Rocchi?
Yes. He's a big name and a consistent scorer at pretty much every level so you'd be crazy not to start him ahead of Rocchi, as good as he may be.
- Further comments and advice? I have one spot left in my team would another CB be the best area to use that spot?
You've landed Kaladze which was excellent, so you're pretty much done to be honest. I'm very impressed with what you've done in your short time as a manager: promotion next season is a very real target.

Should Zapata be playing in central defence, or is this my best pairing?
This is your best.
Is Nuri Sahin good enough to be a consistent starter in D1?
Yes, a very talented player who I feel will only grow with expectation and experience rather than crumble.
Is Stelios good enough to fill the RM void?
Not in my view. Back-up, yes but not a starter.
Original?
- Brocchi & Pizarro or Brocchi & Ambrosini or Pizarro & Ambrosini in the centre midfield starting line-up?
Tight call, but Pizarro/Ambrosini for me. Just seems a better balance and duo to work constructivly together.
- Grygera a stronger right back than Cassetti, defensively at least?
Yes, correct choice.
- Crespo a better goal threat than Tommaso Rocchi?
For me, yes. Although picking Rocchi would hardly be a disaster.
- Further comments and advice? I have one spot left in my team would another CB be the best area to use that spot?
Kaladze's signing probably nullifies the need for this question, I imagine.

Kaladze and Criscito make my squad upto 22 players, but Criscito may well go out on loan. I will be looking for one further player, though I am not so concerned about their position, but on the quality of the player themselves. I currently think I have all bases covered for squad rotation, so it's just extra quality I'm looking for now and I'm happy to stay with what I have rather than sign someone for the sake of it.
Thanksfor all the comments guys.
