 At the club anthem. Good choice. Maybe get Chris Eubank to sing it for you.

Good luck with the team, and expect a PM from me soon. ;)

Real Lérida FC can confirm that they have captured the loan signing of youngster Nicklas Bendtner. He has set his sights on a first-team place and plans on making the most of his spell here.

At 6' 3", Nicklas towers over many defenders of his age and poses an obvious aerial threat, but he is equally impressive with the ball at his feet and has the ability to bring team-mates into the game.

He said: "It has always been my goal to get my breakthrough at this level and I am determined to prove my worth. There were no other clubs that were interesting for me.

"I know I have the right qualities, or will be able to develop them. I truly believe that I can break through."

He added: "I have had meetings with them where they have told me that I figure in their plans for the season.

"If that had not happened, neither they nor I would have signed the deal.

"The other strikers may have an advantage over me, but when I restart training and get some good matches under my belt, I am sure I will get my chance and take it."

Italian Ranieri said of his new appointment: "It is a pleasure to be the new manager of Real Lérida and I shall be doing my upmost to lead the team to glory. It is a beautiful, difficult and electrifying challenge.

There's hard work to do but I'm sure we'll do well. The fans are calm and we will make them feel proud once more. In the coming weeks I will be making a number of changes and laying the foundations for something special. ''

As well as Juventus and Parma, Ranieri has also coached Italian clubs Cagliari, Napoli and Fiorentina. He also had two spells with Spanish side Valencia as well as coaching Atletico Madrid.

Ranieri was sitting alongside his £7.5million summer signing Mateja Kežman. The striker made his name with Partizan Belgrade before joining PSV in 2000 for a four-year spell in which he scored 105 goals in 122 games. In the 2002-03 season, Kezman scored 35 goals in 33 games which was the highest total in Holland since Marco van Basten's 37 for Ajax in 1987.

Kežman added: "When I was with PSV Eindhoven, I had some great seasons and scored a lot of goals. "I showed what I am worth and I want to carry on showing that wherever I am."
