does the psp version of pro evo 6 have edit mode in the master league cos in booklet it says it does but it doesnt in the edit mode?

can someone plz tell me if there is and how to get to it.

you can edit on master league mode but no the apperances just the numbers ab boots

you can edit everything except the kits
