How the hell do I play the Master's cup?

I don't know what I'm supposed to do to play the Master's cup. in the instructions it says I have to win the regional cup. it's 2 seasons in a row I do so but I don't participate. I also won the division 1 championship on both occasions but I only play the WEFA Champions League. any1 can help? cheers

i think you must finish 4th in division 2 and stay in that division

You can't play in both the WEFA Champions League and WEFA Masters Cup in the same season (unless you get put out of the former in the first round). Like in real life with the Champions League and UEFA Cup

To get into Masters Cup U must get 3rd to 6th in D1, then finish 3rd or 4th in playoffs. (try to lose)
