I can see Original? taking this one.

Great side all over. I think that Original will take this quite easily. No offence to Mark of course.

Original will edges this.

Original wins for me here. An excellent team, capable to compete in the D2. Solid defense, a midfield that can recover and pass balls to Cassano and Del Piero and a goalscorer as Crespo. 2-0.

A difficult first game for Mark51, he has two goalscorers up front who can get good support from their midfield. Original however has a lot of quality around the pitch with a solid defense + DMF, a talented playmaker in Aquilani, some unpredictable forwards and a proven goalscorer to boot.

Mark's forwards will probably sneak in a goal, while I see Original's team capable of 2 and maybe 3.

Original? would take this one for me.

He has a solid team, like Nedy said that would be able to cope in D2. His back four would be able to keep Milito and Yakubu at bay for most of the game, though they may sneak a goal. I think the deciding factor in this game is Original?'s outstanding strike force in this game. Del Piero, Cassano and Crespo would run riot against Ben Haim & Kaboul.

Taking nothing away from Mark's team though. The midfield could be a problem for Original?, especially down the wings with Kewell and Milner. As said, Milito and Yakubu may sneak in a goal.

2-1 Original?

Cheers for the comments lads, and a seemingly belated good luck to Mark. Nedy, being an Argentinian do you know much of Sergio Almiron? I'm just trying to gadge how many people know him.

Mark has done well with his team, but Originals' is better in on paper and should do the business.

Mark; Id suggest dropping and releasing Ferguson. You can do better, man.

I can see this being one way traffic, not that Mark's side is very poor, more so that Original's side is very good, 3-0 to Original for me, especially being on home turf.

Crespo to get two and Del Piero to get the third.

Very very tough game for myself in the opening day of the season. Best of luck for the season Orginal? and thanks for the comments.

I have no doubt Orginal has a squad capable of playing at a far higher level.

I like and agree with what you have said Mark, you most certainly can finish high, but playing Original? in the opening fixture is such a difficult task.

Original? wins this for me.

I just can't see Mark's defence being able to handle to handle Original's attack. He's got three strikers all capable of getting a few goals.

O? gets my vote.

Very hard but most games will be like this against O? Very good sides both of you guys, but O? has the better players.
